And just to clarify, the receptionist confirmed that this wasn't a miscommunication and that the fee and cancelation would apply regardless, even though I was showing up to the appointment. They were really rude about it. I'm switching my family to another dentist because I don't need that kind of drama. It's really unacceptable policy and behavior. I had previously confirmed the appointment when I made it. Getting this level of drama and aggression from a dental office of all places is unhinged.

This was my second root canal procedure done by Dr. Rachel Cohen who sincerely cares about my well-being and frequently asked if I was having any discomfort during the procedure. They offer nitrous oxide (for a fee) which helped me to relax. The office staff are all very personable too.
