The village eye care had different machines to test our eyes that we have never used before (I've had glasses for 8 years now; so that 8 years of eye exams and we left this place with so much more knowledge about eye health and care) We loved how they took time with the eye exam and then trying on different lens prescriptions to see what was most comfortable was the best part. Last year I had an eye exam somewhere else and I left with glasses that were unwearable because they were too strong. (I had the worst headaches) So this year we switched to The Village Eye care and we could not be happier. She is very interested in any questions you have and in solving any eye problems you are having. She is friendly and patient. She tested my eyes thoroughly. Then we discussed glasses options and made a selection. When I got my glasses they were the best I have had in years. There was a slight problem with glancing to the left. It was a very busy day but the ladies up front were on top of things. Dr. Ziemann was wonderful and very personable. I addressed my concerns and he was very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. When I started looking for frames, Vanessa immediately offered her assistance and was very kind. My appointment was at their Surprise clinic. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Olivetti who was very caring and knowledgeable of the problem with my eye.
