I don't care if this is the only boba place, their service is too slow. Waiting 20mins for boba is not worth it.

**Visiting from San Diego. Found this place on Yelp and was debating because it was a little further than other boba places I searched up. But I wanted to risk the longer drive for better quality boba in comparison to the crappy boba that was closer. Considering it was my nephew and I's first time we took some time to look at the menu. I got the oreo slush with boba and he got a strawberry banana smoothie with lychee popping boba. Be aware that not every add on is on the menu. He was just hoping they had it, and it wasn't on the menu. But when he asked they said they had it. The boba add on itself is pretty cheap but there's a reason: they put SO LITTLE. If I would have realized it before I would have ordered double or maybe even triple the amount. But honestly the boba tasted soon good! So soft and chewy. The drink itself was definitely oreo. I mean 10/10. I tried my nephew's drink and the lychee popping was a little on the sour side for me, but maybe because I'm more of a lychee jelly fan?? But the drink itself was decent! They also sell some other stuff like chips and bottled water if you don't want the boba drinks for some reason. The inside seemed pretty relaxing. There's some couches there but I'm skeptical about how often they clean it. The cleanliness was decent and so was the customer service. The guy who helped us was very patient even though they were closing within the hour. We felt very welcome. It was almost like hanging out in your own home. But then again we had the place to ourself. The guy also offered a stamp card and I took it because I'll probably be driving to Murrieta just for this place!! LOL. The reason for 4 stars is just because I haven't tried enough on the menu yet! And because I didn't hang around inside too much and would like to experience in-store more! I read the feedback from the business owner and while I understand that they're trying to figure things out and train employees, that's not an excuse. That needs to be done before any opening. I hate to give local businesses low grade and bad review but ordered 5 drinks with 4 of them with boba. No one liked their drinks, I had a sip of each one with different flavors and I didn't like it at all as well. My drink which was avocado was very watered down. I tasted more like a watered down milk. Maybe I'll give them another try next time when I'm in the area. Today was my first time going into chill zone and taking my younger brother also. After waiting patiently in line to place our order the gentleman told me he'll be right with us. After waiting 3 mins for him to return we were asking the difference between the snow and the slush. ( being first time patrons) he quickly said "ones blended ones not". Deciding a flavor he rudely interrupted saying " I'm really backed up so if you guys don't know what you want, you can move to the side." What poor customer service! I just went in there with my husband and sisters. We got 4 slushys and it took this lady 30 minutes to make them i swear and there wasnt anyone else there. Okay cool its fine then my little sister dropped hers by accident and this lady starts yelling to not use her napkins to clean it up. Okay even better i wont clean it. I tried the Honeydew and taro milk tea and they are both pretty good. The place is clean, I just hope they are in a more convenient location, but it's all worth the trip. Just a suggestion, it's best if they put the customers first name on the cup like Starbucks does to avoid grabbing somebody else's drink. Overall, a good place to get your boba drink. read more

Family business, the worker isn't too friendly and attentive, she must be new since she was asking the owner a bunch of questions while ignoring me waiting at the register for almost 5 damn minutes.. Great boba, the texture is just right. I love my Thai tea boba and milk tea boba and this place really hit the spot. Owners were friendly and she even gave me extra boba! I like the relaxing atmosphere, they have a few tables and couple of couches to lounge at, this place really is a Chill Zone. Be back soon for some more boba. read more

Always stop by this place when we go to Temecula. Can't get enough of their Chamango which is a mango slush drink with tajin and chamoy and its the perfect combination. Have also had their thai iced tea and it was really good. Will try to try more and more things. read more

The flavors and Boba are to my liking but the 20 or so minute wait to get 1 or a few drinks is crazy. They definitely need more blenders and efficient employees. It has been getting a lot warmer now and what better than having a refreshing drink with boba?! I always order the lychee slush and my husband orders various teas. Of course we get our drinks with boba which have been consistently good, not too soft, not too firm. I only wish my lychee drink was more consistent, sometimes it tastes awesome and a couple of times, the lychee flavor isn't as strong. I do wish there were more food items as other boba places have in southern California. They offer a punch card which is a plus since summer has begun and I have been making my way back in here more often. Some days the AC isn't on and they have a fan on which doesn't make it too much of a "chill" zone but drinks come out fast so we don't suffer too long. Definitely give them a try! read more

The drinks are good but I just hate coming here due to their super slow service. I always have to wait about 10-20 min for a drink. One time I waited 35 min when I was told that it would only take a few min but I couldn't leave because I have already paid. Please hire more people or pick up your speed! read more

It's hard finding a good boba place around here but Chill Zone has very good milk teas and their boba is perfect. They do only have two people working so it does take time to get your drink but it is much worth the wait. read more
