First time into this shop the other night & the decor & interior was great. The shop was clean and well decorated, it reminded of the shops in San Diego. Service was okay nothing special. They do military discount which is great. I ordered the king brûlée and it was absolutely terrible. It was thick and sludgy. It didn't taste like any kind of drink I've ever had before. I don't know if it was made wrong but every time I sipped it even at the top of the drink, I got a thick sludgy, granular flavor and texture. I would not recommend this drink to anyone. I'm so glad this place opened up next to Orange Theory -- it's the perfect post-workout treat. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions as I decided on my drink. The first time I went, I got the King Brulee (one of their top sellers), which was impressive because I don't usually like milk only (no tea) drinks, but this was good! Really fun, trendy and hipster boba shop that recently opened the beginning of the year located right next door to Better Buzz. We were in the shopping center for lunch and chose this place over their boba neighbor across the way. There are so many drink options to choose from, it was pretty overwhelming as my husband changed his mind a few times. They have a super cool rewards program and if you download their app and sign up, you get a BOGO on your first order. We loved our drinks and their boba was the perfect sweetness and texture. Service was friendly and quick, loved the aesthetics and vibe of this place. I'm so glad Krak Boba finally opened. I do think it's one of the better chains that came to Temecula and coming from the OC where the possibilities for boba are endless, I'm glad more boba shops are opening here. This place was still offering their soft menu opening prices ($4 or $5) depending on the type of drink. You were greeted right when you enter, and the store is nice and bright. My husband ordered their brown sugar milk tea - a classic. I ordered the matcha prince which is basically matcha cream with coconut water - it comes with boba as well. The only thing I didn't like is that the I felt the coconut water tasted like it came out of those cardboard boxed coconut water. There's a big taste different between boxed coconut water and fresh coconut water or bottled coconut water (ex: Harmless Harvest). However, the boba was cooked perfectly - nice and chewy. I think next time I'll probably order my usual - lychee green tea or another milk tea. Service was slightly slow, but I think because they're still new and learning their groove/menu, I completely understand. I would still definitely come back as Krak is pretty consistent between all of their locations. read more

Maybe this was a one off experience but from ordering on the app to pickup was not ideal. I placed an order on the app, I get a text a few minutes later that the order was canceled and no reason given. My office really wanted Boba so I called and placed the order. It took the person on the phone a while to get the order as she was also taking in person orders as well (I could hear her put the phone down and take an order) once she got my order in she said ok see you soon. I arrive about 15min later and I told her I placed and order over the phone I am here to pay and pick up. One of the ladies working said "we will start it now, we don't like to make the phone orders just in case you dont show up its policy." I said no problem and waited. It took a while for all 5 drinks to be made kind of defeating the purpose of placing an order ahead of time. Then they gave me my drinks in a plastic bag and almost forgot to have me pay. Me and my family decided to try out this new boba shop and I'm so glad we did. The drinks in the pictures are the 2 taro crush with boba and the dragon slayer with rainbow jelly & popping boba with 75% sweetness. The drinks are 100% customizable to your liking. My daughter and I visited this past Saturday. We were really looking forward to it as we saw how good their drinks looked on an Instagram ad. The employees were friendly and we received our drinks fairly quickly. I don't know if it was an off day but these were the worst drinks we've ever had. We ordered a brown sugar milk tea and matcha milk tea both with boba. There was very little boba in each of the drinks and they both tasted like they were watered down and no real flavor. We both took a sip of our drinks and threw them out. We couldn't even finish them. We also got their blended taro drink for my brother and he also took a few sips and ended up throwing it out. He said it had a funny taste. Not good. Glad we didn't sign up for the rewards because we will not be back unfortunately. read more
