I've been a regular customer here for a long time and genuinely love their bean selection--their Ethiopian, Colombian, and Peruvian roasts are fantastic. However, I'm giving a 2-star review because my most recent bag had a severe quality control failure. A rock made it through their sorting process and completely wrecked the precision burrs in my espresso grinder. Replacing the damaged parts is costing me $70 out of pocket plus the repair time, which is a steep penalty to pay for someone's carelessness at the roastery. I want to keep supporting them because the coffee itself is excellent, but a mistake that breaks a customer's expensive equipment needs to be addressed immediately. I hope the team recalibrates their de-stoner so I can safely buy from them again in the future. read more

My wife and I love discovering and supporting new small coffee businesses, so we were excited to try this place. The establishment itself is clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere, which made the experience even more disappointing. We ordered lattes around 2:30 PM, and it was not busy at all, so the nearly 20-minute wait made no sense for drinks that were clearly listed on the menu board. The first issue was that our order was handed out to the wrong customer because of a common name mix-up. A simple solution would be using last initials, nicknames, or order numbers for customers with common names. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. After remaking the drinks, the order was still wrong two more times. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of urgency to correct it. While we waited, staff continued pushing out other customers' orders while ours kept getting delayed and moved to the back. Mistakes happen, but three failed attempts for basic latte drinks and a 20-minute wait during a slow afternoon is unacceptable. The lack of organization, attention to detail, and customer service left a poor impression. Unfortunately, despite the nice environment, we will not be returning. I highly recommended that if you have a common name to add your last name initial. read more

Food was delicious and loved the atmosphere. There's a great outdoor patio area and a cute small dining area on the second floor so looks so fun and cozy to sit at. I loved their coffee too- I had the Bees Knees iced latte with almond milk and I loved every sip. My friend got a hot drink and how cute was their milk art. My sister and I went in on a Thursday morning at 8am sharp to work here. Our expectations were low and they were SO EXCEEDED!!!! Super nice and big place with lots of tables to work at and many spots to plug in your laptop. The staff is great and friendly. Something to know: you have to pick up your food plates and leave at the bins by the exit. We ordered some coffee to start- I ordered a raspberry white mocha, it wasn't good the first sip but after a good mix it was actually REALLY good!!! The raspberry cold foam was really good. Went here today with my 2 kids. I waited 25 MINUTES for an iced coffee. I went up to the girl and asked where is my coffee and she said "sorry the printer didn't print your order ticket. It's been over 8 years since I've reviewed when Intazza first opened up, so I'd like to update my review. I've come to intazza over the years and tried many different menu items and it rotates seasonally. I believe that their coffee has been pretty consistent which is why I still come as a local once in a while. The latest menu item I tried was their breakfast burrito and it was pretty tasty and filling. I came the morning after a rainy day on a weekday, so the outdoor areas were wet and not being used. It was somewhat busy with people utilizing each part of the shop. It still is a good place to work although I do know that the WiFi gets pretty spotty when in is pretty packed and busy. One thing I did notice is that they did stop using "for here mugs" and use to go cups for all orders. No type of logo or anything on their cups, which isn't a bad thing, but takes away their personal brand. Reducing waste was something that is always a detail I look for in a coffee shop and they really did the opposite, understandably after Covid but still something to consider so many years after Covid. They have honed in on the "take out" culture and it's great online orders and for people taking coffee and food out. However, it takes away the cafe vibe of the coffee shop when people do plan to stay a while and get comfortable. Something I also noticed that I really used to love and enjoyed was their pour over bar which is no longer visible and was replaced with kitchen appliances and covered up with their coffee philosophy banner. As much as I'd want to give it a 5 star, I've downgraded it to a 3 star because to me, it felt like it missed its spark from the beginning. read more

Now that the weather is nice, I decided to work from a local coffee shop and Intazza has it all. Great communal space, delicious food, strong coffee, and welcoming staff. The only downside is when they are toasting the coffee, it can get loud inside. I could spend the whole morning here working. Really lovely place to come in the morning or anytime of the day to work and enjoy the bright windows and open spacing. The lines just never seem to stop all day so if you can order ahead is much better that way. I asked for a "for here" cup, but it seems like the person was new and although said it would be possible, gave me a standard paper cup. For some reason, I just feel coffee tastes better in a regular ceramic mug. I am pretty much a coffee snob, and I have to say it is quite a good spot on coffee. The roaster goes on every hour or so so you know the beans are super fresh. If you sit next to the roaster, be prepared to have to be quiet because it's so loud you can't even hear the other person. I don't even think an AirPod Pro can help tame the noise. I love that they have an upstairs seating that gets packed pretty quickly. There's plenty of parking in the area unless of course you come during church time because it's pretty close to a church. read more

I've traveled extensively and never in my life anywhere in the world have I had worse service than I had here. If you're going to have overpriced food at least be good at something. For context, we ordered food and an hour later still had nothing. I was having a good morning until this point so I kindly told them and they apologized and said they'll bring it right out. 30 minutes later, nothing. An hour and a half passed by and we still did not get our super basic expensive breakfast dish. I was less patient this time but kindly told them again. At this point I was starving as I hadn't eaten anything the whole morning. I was almost expecting it for free at this point. The girl at the front asked if I wanted a refund but would not make the food for me if I did "accept" the refund. I was starving and needed to get some work done so I said to just make it and please just get me my food. 45 mins later, I'm done with my work... NOTHING. I was furious. I calmed myself down before walking back in and explaining how I didn't get my food after more than 2 hours and 3 reminders. Zero sympathy. They responded with a "I can give you a refund". I froze up at the blunt lack of respect, and felt my body slowly fill with rage. Truthfully, I went ahead and told them how terrible they were, asked for my money and left. Intazza is so "in"-credible! I had their Good Morning America two mornings in a row! It was that good. I highly recommend it. I didn't know what coffee I wanted, so the barista recommended me her favorite drink, which was the brown sugar vanilla iced latte. Dang, she has good taste! My only regret is that I didn't get a larger size! Needless to say, the workers were super nice and provided excellent service. The place was also very roomy and beautifully decorated. Intazza provides a modern coffee and cafe experience with ample outdoor/indoor seating more than your typical Starbucks, perfect for studying, working, or catching a brunch with friends. I came in to get some studying done and it was very busy on a Sunday morning. Luckily, there was a lot of space on the second floor loft area and because it is removed from the ordering area and majority of the customers on the first floor, it provides quieter dim studying area with outlets that's perfect for locking in. I ordered the iced bee's knees; it was too sweet to taste the expresso well but the honey, cinnamon, and milk makes it a delicious dessert in a cup. I don't think their coffee is artisan level but I don't think that's what they're going for. For a local cafe, I love the atmosphere and the menu choices. I will be coming back, hopefully soon to try other things on the menu! read more

Wow, this place is legit. The energy in the environment is not like your typical coffee shop. There is something unique in the way you can hear, see, and smell the coffee grinding. Meanwhile the baristas are all very helpful, kind, and efficient at what they do! I tried the bees knees, seemingly one of their most popular lattes; it is made to perfection and flavor is exquisite. This place really took me by surprise, it's so much better than your average coffee-shop-at-the-bottom-of-an-apartment-complex might let on. Really huge menu, with lots of breakfast and lunch options that all looked delicious. Service was great, they even brought our food out to our table. I had the breakfast sandwich, and my boyfriend had the burrito, and both were awesome. Definitely do not sleep on the seasonal lattes either! I am a frequent visitor to Intazza, so much so that I went in to purchase 4 gift cards and was told by an employee that "they were out of gift cards". She did not offer a work around or even give an approximate date they may have gift cards again. I asked if it would be possible to write out some sort of gift certificate and she said no.
