I was told by another glass repair shop that the rear windshield in my car was hard to get and this was probably why he didn't show. He told me on a Sat that he would come on Tues. Service up to the point of getting OEM glass for my EV-6, untill after they left, i discovered the mirror trim around the mirror that houses ther front camera was broken. I called and sent text, they try to say they didn't break, but itg was part of the windshiel replacement process. So then they said they will look into it. more than a month went by and I sent a text asking foe an update. No reply...this is going to cost me time and money..take a long time for the trim and the dealer has to install at MY expense. I will never call them again! read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company/business. Originally had an appointment with Dominic and he canceled due to computer issues. No big deal. Comes to second appointment 2 hrs late with the wrong windshield. Said he was gonna order it through the dealership. Didn't hear back from him called several times for an update and had no answer. So I finally ordered the windshield myself and got it in. Called him back to give another chance to put it in for us. Never showed up to the appointment never called or picked up the windshield. This whole process was several months long and never got the windshield. Do not do business with them. read more

Excellent company! Very nice, professional, friendly and did a great job replacing my windshield. Dominic the owner also noticed some damage on my truck due to the last place that replaced my windshield in 2011 with the company (that started with an S, that I advice to never use) and he had me come out to my truck and take a look. Wasted my time and made no effort to communicate. Scheduled appointments multiple times and no-showed or changed schedules or forgot repeatedly. He removed my glass to for a custom paintjob on my car and now the paint is done and all I'm waiting on is for the glass to be reinstalled. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

However, Sunday night, after everyone had power, phones, etc., I got a call asking if he could fix it the next morning. Insurance was easily dealt with on a conference call. If I knew that the whole process was going to be that easy I would have proceeded much earlier.
