But Dr. Arash Rad was absolutely amazing!! He was incredibly professional, calm, and compassionate. From the very beginning he reassured me, talked me through the process, and kept checking on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. His patience and support made all the difference. Thanks to him, I was able to stay in the MRI machine for about 20 minutes without even realizing how quickly the time passed, which I never thought would be possible for me. I also want to give a special thank you to Nadia at the reception. She was so kind, warm, and welcoming. Her positive attitude immediately made me feel more comfortable the moment I walked in. The entire experience was far better than I expected. The staff here truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and supported. After checking in, they'll basically tell you to wait in the waiting room or if it's full then they'll ask that you wait outside or in your car.
