Made an order 3:12 pm called in to make an order for delivery, they explained it'll take an hour and 15 to get to me. At 4:40pm I call asking what's holding up my order., they explained that it'll take another 30 min to get to me due to the corona virus. Stating my frustration and asking for some stories credit to make up for the tardiness the manager explained he will do no such thing also would not throw in anything on the house such as fried for me. This is unacceptable especially with a 50$ delivery order. Horrible customer service. I would have given them 0 stars if I had a chance but the Los West I could go was one star. Stay away from this establishment for they do not care about their customers and do not deserve our business. Edit: Update, unfortunately my delivery arrived 2 hours after my initial order. Yet the establishment had redeemed its self by sending 3 extra items that I did not order. I show great appreciation to them and I give them 5 stars to show that they have redeemed themselves and truly do care for their customers. Thank you for those items. I keep trying to post this review but it's not staying and I don't find it fair. Please yelp keep this review because I felt very happy with my service. Here is my story. I was here yesterday and by far it was one my best times coming to holy Schnitzel. I have been here before and it was not appetizing and the atmosphere was very mellow. But recently they have hired a new front staff employee, Simon. Simon has brought the restaurant to a happy state. He properly greeted me when I came in and made sure the service continued throughout. As I was leaving he asked me how I much I enjoyed the food and made sure that I'll come back. Greatly satisfied. I have eaten at this place several times and always thought the food was very tasty. I live in the area so coming here is pretty convenient. You can imagine I come here pretty often and even developed a relationship with one of the workers at this place. Every time I walk in through the doors I am always greeted with a open arms and a huge smile by this person named Simon. Simon is great because it's not like any other place we someone just takes my order we talk while my food is being prepared and get the feeling that he really cares about me. The experience I've had from Holy Schnitzel thus far was nothing less than Amazing! The food is fresh and it always delivers in taste, very consistent. I've had a variety of foods from them, sandwiches, wraps, salads and many appetizers. I personally recommend 'The Big Sister' and Popcorn chicken, but they are all delicious. The environment is great there too, they have T.V.'s there for some entertainment while waiting/eating. All in all it's a great vibe there with a great staff. Very organized and a variety of sauces puts competitors in the area to shame. Been a happy customer since their launch. read more

The best sandwich you can get in queens. I have been a regular at holy schnitzel for quite some time. My favorite sandwich here is the holy toasty and I love to get the onion rings as well. I would recommend that sandwich to anyone that loves a good sandwich. One of the highlights to coming to this establishment is seeing Simon. Really enjoyed my experience here at holy schnitzel. Walking in with my wife I was happily greeted by an employee, Simon. He had such positive attitude that made the aroma welcoming and happy. I wanted to smile, every time he smiled. He engaged in proper conversation with me and my family. He recommended me dozen wings sweet chili, and it was not to my preference. Came in with couple of my boys from LA to eat here last night. We ordered the buffalo wings which were amazing. It's hard to find kosher buffalo wings that has that original buffalo taste. My friend ordered the shwanitzel wrap and he was really happy with the portion and quality of food. I always go with my favorite, the buffalo bacon and as usual it was really good!! WOW!!! five stars for local Holy Schnitzel. From start to finish i was really happy with the customer service AND food. We did a large order for an office birthday party and EVERYONE in the office from boss to employee was satisfied with the food.
