When we came in without a reservation, we were disappointed by how the situation was handled. The gentleman we spoke with came across as rude and did not make any effort to accommodate us or offer alternatives. I completely understand the importance of reservations and respecting business policies. However, customer service still matters in these situations. A polite explanation, helpful guidance, or even suggesting another time to return would have made a big difference in how we felt leaving the establishment. I hope the business considers making the reservation requirement more visible and improving how walk-in guests are treated.

Dress code: closed toe shoes Instructions were pretty simple, with form and feet placement. You can try 2-handed or single hand throws, with 3 different sizes of axes. It was crowded, so I used axe target lanes with no metal barrier between them, but this worked out fine since my boyfriend used the other lane. Axe retrieval after each throw is recommended due to the damage fees charged if the axe thrown hits another axe. I definitely will be back to do more axe throwing and maybe try knife throwing while I'm at it.

Things that can be improved are: More guidance towards timing of when to decorate your lantern and a provided template. They bring people on stage to share, but maybe there should be an anonymous reading as well. I personally think the event is better in fall because the crowds in summer were too noisy for the performances and meditation. Bring your own picnic blanket and water!

We got there later in the evening and the place was packed, couldn't find a place to park and had to walk a bit of a distance. We found the place to check in and got a small package with everything we needed to make our water lantern. All the grassy areas were full, so we found a place to sit and draw on the embankment in front of the fence that lines the water. We loved the games that were in the kit, my partner was called as he was a winner of the scavenger hunt! We joined everyone to put our lantern into the water. We were one of the first. When we returned to our vantage point, we could view a current of people and lights heading to the water, melodic music was playing in the background, and the beauty of the night sky created the perfect setting. It was a lovely event for couples, families, friends and groups to enjoy a delightful evening in a very large community. Things to note: ~Get there early for easy parking and a good seat on the grass ~Bring a blanket to sit on ~Bring extra markers as they only give you one color in your kit ~Meet your neighbors and enter the scavenger hunt! You may win a fun prize

I heard from my coworker how fun and exciting this place is! Definitely a place to take a lot of pictures! You will have to come when the sun is out so you can experience the beautiful lights! We went at around 9 pm on July 4th and there was still a lot of people but not enough to dampen the experience thankfully. Tickets are easy to grab online and there is ample parking available because it's in the great mall. When we first walked in we were greeted with lots and lots of foam. Foam in the air like its snowing, and foam on the ground. My nephew was so excited and kept running through it excitedly which was cute. We were also told the last show of the day was about to start so we luckily caught it. Loved watching all 3 performers - aerial, juggling, and hoops. From there we just walked around and saw as much as we could. The little rooms they have with different decorations and aesthetics are great for pictures and selfies. There are so many good photo ops that I basically spent an hour being the munchkins personal photographer :) was a great time

Just a very chill vibe to get your creativity juices flowing. My friends had signed up for a rug…read moretufting session, but we also saw some people assembling tiny beads together into an image. They let me stick around even though I hadn't signed up, so I just took pictures of the process. For the tufting session, you pick a flat image of what you want to make ahead of time. The instructor then will give advice on how to go about putting together your creation. After that, you link the image to the projector and it projects onto your canvas. You then outline the image. Then comes the fun part: the tufting tutorial. The instructor spends about thirty minutes teaching everyone how to use the tufting gun and then has each person practice on a large canvas. After that, you pick your yarn color and tuft away! Apparently, it took four hours for my friends to complete their tufted rugs, but they turned out so cute! They even stayed open past closing hours to let my friends finish. We need more artistic spaces like this.

I decided to give it a second try for my boyfriend's birthday, and this experience was WAY better. Lucy did a great job at thoroughly explaining technique and was so patient with us. We were originally scheduled for 6 hours, but she went above and beyond and let us finish up past the 11pm closing time. We made a large frame (36"x36") for $168. The estimated time was 6 hours, but it ended up taking us 7.5 hours. They have so many different yarn colors. The tufting gun did take some practice, but we were able to get the hang of it pretty quickly (good for beginners). I definitely think we got our moneys worth. It is very tiring and will likely take you longer than you expect, so I would treat this as an all-day event. The booking process worried me a little as they texted me a couple of hours after I booked saying that they might have to reschedule/cancel my appointment if another party didn't book during the same time slot. I didn't receive an update for about 2 days and was about to book with another company, but luckily I was able to move things around and book a time slot that others had also booked.

I totally forgot the names, but the one I ordered had mint in it and was definitely strong! As someone who doesn't drink very often, it definitely hit me pretty quickly, but it was really good and not overly sweet. My friend ordered the drink with the flower garnish, which was a piña colada. It was sweet, refreshing, and super enjoyable. The ambiance was such a vibe, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us while we were at the bar. Even after we sat down, I noticed several employees walking around collecting empty glasses and keeping everything tidy, which is something you don't see everywhere and really stood out to me. Overall, it was a great experience with chill bar vibes, great drinks, and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm looking for a fun and relaxed night out.
