They showed up same day to take care of my gutters which needed to be cleaned badly. They got rid of all debri and leaves that were caught in my gutters. Bagged it all up and disposed of it. One of my gutters was clogged badly and the minute they started to remove the stuff that caused the clog I could here the water flushing through my gutters. This was an issue that I didnt even realize I had that Home Ally was able to rectify. I would give them a 10 out of 10 ! if you need your gutters cleaned, your roof power washed or maybe even your siding. We are pretty finicky and careful about who services our home. From the initial email and phone call, Home Ally was clear and professional. They had fair pricing and when I decided I wanted my deck power washed too, they were prompt in their reply. Again, their pricing was comprable to the job required. First, the initial phone call was a pleasure. The appointment was available to clean my roof within 2 days. They called and texted to confirm appointment, with a final bill included. Showed up, at exact time scheduled . Looked at job, and started within minutes. Also, 2 polite young men arrived as well. Asked if I had questions, as job was being preformed. I cannot believe the dirt and moss that came off roof. I have a new roof now. The worker, Eddie also informed me that my roof was in very good shape, which was good to hear. We received an online estimate for powerwashing our house and deck but I was concerned the amount would be higher once they actually saw what needed to be done, so I asked for an in-person estimate.
