Always showing up on time the workers at Abraham do a top notch job of cleaning out the houses gutters and leaders just before the new year regardless of weather conditions. The gutter debris is mostly pulled out by hand much more easily than I could imagine myself doing, resting ladders at proper points as the vinal siding is new and definately not structured to support pressure. Using a blower to extract what remains the workers always ask permission to enter our neighbors yards where some sticks, leaves and tennis balls had fallen to. Abraham Roofing was hired to repair our roof. Originally, it was not anticipated to require the removal/replacement of the plywood. They pivoted when realizing this was necessary, but did not warn us, nor did they offer, to protect the attic from all the debris. We were storing all of our wedding gifts and many other items in the attic during this work, and the workers should have easily seen that it was being trashed. They had one guy come and shop vac a littl out, but the damage was done. I asked for a more thorough cleaning, and have yet to get it. I was forced to bring everything down to clean myself, but the debris that is spread throughout the attic will most likely just stay there forever. read more

I would not trust these people. I have heard two stories first hand and would never use them. In one instance they came for a leak and said a huge job had to be done to repair the leak. It turned out the leak had nothing to do with the roof. In the second instance they had a repair guy fall and damage the house and then deny it. Just heard another guy who got an estimate to fix something and the customer used another gutter cleaner who fixed the issue for free. They wanted $300 for it. I made a appointment with Abraham Roofing to get my house roof done with the garage. My home has slate which is 80 years old and falling off, faded and leaking. On May 28, 2020 Geraldo from Abraham Roofing came on time and we talked regarding the above. Not enough kind things to say about this company. After buying a property on Long Island, I asked neighbors to recommend a company that cleans gutters and leaders. Since I live in Brooklyn I need a company I can rely on to service the property. I decided to join the gutters and leaders maintenance program. This will be my second year renewing with the company, not only do they clean the gutters and leaders but they inspect the roof each visit and bring to my attention any issues they find (which is very helpful as an absentee landlord). The office staff is very polite and helpful and they greet you like an old friend. I'm very confused by the estimate I just received by this roofing, gutter and siding company. One man came to give me the estimate and went onto the roof and clearly explained that we need our roof redone. He also exclaimed "your gutter is about to fall off!" While coming down from the roof he told me that we " really need a siding guy because water can get in through many places in your siding." (Which is true.) Then, as he was taking his ladder down, said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do to help. You need a siding guy." First roofer was $2850.00 # 2 roofer was $1195.00 #3 Abraham. $250.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that not outrageous!! First outrageous estimate was from Pro Quality, Farmingdale, NY. who suggested I might want to sell my car to pay him after I told him I didn't have that kind of money, was recently put on oxygen and my husband had just recently passed away.
