I wish I could give them a lower star than 1 star. Walked into the store today and was not greeted or anything. I walked around the store and finally decided on a washer dryer set. I informed the front desk that I liked one but wanted to see if negotiation was possible. This lady went back and got an older man who brought a piece of paper with the same price the lady quoted me. I asked again if I could get a better deal please and he threw the paper at me and walked away. I asked the lady this is how you guys treat your customers and she replied I guess so. Please save your self the embarrassment and find a real business. These guys have no respect for customers and no manners. read more

Great for what it's worth. One of the dryer wasn't working and they allowed me to switch it out for something else I liked. I would come recommend them for people who don't want to pay too much for a washer and dryer. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I am in the process of a horrific experience with this business. The refrigerator I bought has been making noises since they delivered it. After calling them 4 TIMES to get a repair man out (supposed 90-day labor warranty), the guy comes only to tell me the noise is normal. He also gets his boss on the phone who says this is just how the refrigerator was made. I called an outside appliance repair man the next day who showed me the frightening botch job they did "refurbishing" the fridge, which was what was causing the noise (and a leak I didn't know about). Now, they are giving me the runaround about refunding my $ for the fridge. I am looking at pursuing a law suit because these guys are CROOKS. read more

Contacting the business is hit or miss, as the business number is a cell phone, rarely answered, and the voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. I purchased a washer and dryer combo. It came with a 90 day warranty. The washer made some noises shortly after the purchase. I didn't call it in and the washer broke ~ 120 days after purchase.. my fault. I called to purchase another washer and was not able to get any responses. I finally got an answer on the the phone, as it is rarely answered and just rolls into a voice mail is full message. I spoke to the person and he said to text him and some information and he would respond to set up the delivery of the replacement washer. I never received a response and gave up on them. read more

Don't do it! Bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator. All three had issues within days. Specifically freezer stopped making ice & cooling. Called and called and called many times and per their request texted photos. They say you have a 90 day warranty. Which means nothing. Don't do it!!! Usually the majority of your calls when trying to reach the company you'll get a voicemail full message. I wish I never went to this place. Products are substandard and there is no service even tho your receipt may list a 90 day warranty. read more

Bought a washer dryer and fridge from them on May 31. It's June 20, 3 weeks later, the fan motor in our refrigerator is audible from the living room. I called the business phone ( a cell phone) 4 times before someone answered. The guy was driving and asked me to text him my address and a picture of the fridge and they will be out tomorrow to fix it. I will update this review after they come and attempt to repair it. We are under the 90 day warranty so it shouldn't cost us anything. We'll see. read more

I bought a washer/dryer set in December 2017 for a family member at a really fair price. The washer began having some problems about 3 weeks after I had it installed. Miguel and the folks at Dallas Home Appliances stood by their warranty and worked with me to make the repairs, ultimately replacing the purchased washer/dry with a different (and better) washer/dryer set. They made multiple trips to my residence to make sure I had the right equipment, that it was working properly, and that I was satisfied. I honestly haven't seen such a high priority placed on good customer service in a long, long time. I'd definitely go again. I'm quite pleased with my current washer/dryer, and we're glad to be able to do laundry again. read more

Their refrigerator stopped working all together and had multiple freon leaks 100 days after purchase. When the technician looked at it, he said whoever put it together was very unprofessional, and the fridge is UNREPAIRABLE!!! I had to buy a new fridge to replace it. I just threw hundreds of dollars in the trash and am sick to my stomach. This company is a SCAM! Be warned! Stay away! read more

I saw their ad on the internet and decided to go check them out to upgrade my refrigerator for a cheap price. From looking at the reviews I was a little worried about coming here, but I went to their location just to check them out anyway. They were pretty busy and sold refurbished appliances. The appliances were plugged up and working for you to test and many of them looked really good (stainless steel, black and white). At the end of my visit, I bought a large GE 2 door black refrigerator to match my appliances for $350, 90 day warranty and free delivery. The owner told me that he would deliver my refrigerator at 9 A.M. the next day but I did not get it until after 5 after calling numerous times when he would answer the phone SOMETIMES. Nice man and bargains with you, but REALLY needs to work on his customer service skills with his business. When I finally got my refrigerator, the workers from the shop unloaded it, took the doors off so that it would go through my doorway, reattached the doors and put it in my kitchen for me. I am very pleased with its performance to say the least. It had a few minor scratches, but I bought some $3 glossy black paint and painted over the scratches and looks practically brand new. I spent $350 for a fridge that's probably worth $1000 or more new. If you are looking for cheap refurbished appliances that's really good for your wallet (and if you are willing to deal with the so so customer service) I recommend! Or you can go with professional customer service at a big popular chain appliance store and fork out $1000 plus or finance your purchase. read more

I purchased a used fridge, washer and dryer for a decent price. The 90 day warranty sealed the deal in making my purchase. But when a part of the washing machine broke the first time we ran it, I found out they are not very interested in honoring the warranty. It took four phone calls to schedule an appointment because they kept saying they would call me back and never did. Then they were a no-show for the first appointment, no-show for the second appointment and again for the third appointment. After that I gave up. It became a waste of my time and I chalked it up to a learning experience. I will never buy there again nor recommend that anyone else does. read more

I have no idea what these negative reviews are even talking about. The folks at home appliances have been incredibly helpful, courteous and thorough. I bought a set which consisted of dishwasher, range/oven and refrigerator. Incredibly economical. Yes previously owned and as such one can expect possible hiccups. dishwasher kick plate was missing when delivered. They made a second trip 2 days later (from dallas to arlington) with a kick plate. Thats right, they drove 30 miles one way just for a kick plate. (that one didn't fit). They promised to try again within a day or 2. Then fridge defrost cycle went down.They came back to trouble shoot the fridge. They brought another kick plate with them. (still didn't fit) They then took the fridge back to their shop to repair. 2 days later they returned it and brought another kick plate. That plate fit. All in all they made a total of 4 trips to make it RIGHT and they did so after hours (I work a 9 to 5.) End result, I saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a set I am now completely satisfied with. And to all you nay sayers, how do you expect any business to be a good seller when you're a bad customer AND a small tip to their hard working crews goes a very long way. I plan on getting a washer dryer set as I now know they completely follow through. And again, I'll save hundreds of dollars doing so. read more

Customer service is abysmal. First, they told me they would order me a missing drip tray (they never did. I let it go). But then I started having problems with the fridge. They are almost impossible to contact, and once they tell you they are "sending someone out", you have to call back about every day to confirm what day and time they are coming, because they will NEVER call you back when they say they will and they missed every single appointment they set with me. They had to come out FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES to "fix" the freezer - that meant more than 4 days of sitting at home, waiting for them to come, because "morning" means 5pm and "Monday" means Thursday 7pm before you leave for out of town. I ended up contacting a different business to look at the freezer, who called me back, arrived on time, and fixed it the first time. Will be sending the store the bill. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more
