What made matters worse was the lack of communication afterward. I was told technicians would arrive at 10:00 a.m. the next day to troubleshoot the problem, and I made sure to be home. By 10:45 a.m., I still had not heard from anyone. No call, no update, nothing, until I reached out to them. The new technicians finally arrived at 11:45 a.m. For the amount of money a new HVAC system costs, this level of inconvenience and poor communication is unacceptable. Nice technicians do not make up for a brand new system not working and the lack of respect for a customer's time.
