The man was Ok at best..far from friendly just giving my BF a price saying there was a 15% discount on the windows. I told my BF lets check out Home Depot.... I have both credit cards. That man could not at Lowes could not have cared less! His desk and chairs all around him were FILTYH with dust and debris. Truthfully, his sucked! You really think when I going to spend 5 thousand dollars I want to sit in filth?? And that is the absolute TRUTH! Malcom, at Home Depot, was/is amazing! He spent his devoted time with me showing me the different pricing for my needs. I can not say enough about this man!! Oh by the way I am a female that KNEW jack shit about windows! Malcom spent his time with me going thru every window. Making sure I got the best for my money. Not only that, making sure I got a 15% discount for the holiday weekend plus.. a discount for using my Pro card and then... a 24 month plan free from interest!! How can you best that!!     Ordered an item and it was available in the locker - so this should be quick and easy, w/o having…read moreto interact with anyone which is great, right! Nope. Went to the locker, entered my code and it said the door was opening....it didn't. Tried again about 5 times and no luck...it thinks it is opening, but it isn't. I exited the screen and scanned the QR code...doesn't exist. Entered the code manually as before, no longer exists. It THINKS I have the item to my info has been cleared.... Had to wait about 10-15 min for the service desk. She went out to the locker and opened it - empty; and looked in some of the other locker numbers...no item as expected (1 gal of deck stain). Went back in, did some research and she said it was in locker 24 and not the original 33. Opened up locker 24 and it is not the item - opened up other lockers in that area...not there. Went back in and called the person who supposedly put the item into the locker; apparently issues so it is NOT even in the locker - but off to the side where customer service was actually the place I should have gone to, but was never informed of that. So much for in and out as anticipated. I could have gotten the item from the aisle and shelf and been out of there in 5 mins vs. the 30 mins spent there. The woman from customer service was fine - just an issue of not having my items ready or in the correct area for a quick, easy and fast in and out.... UGH!

    My recent experiences with the paint department have been mediocre at best. They are extremely slow…read moreand obviously under staffed. I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

They also were not installed per manufacturer guidelines in regard to climate control. Yet, somehow what we have is 'normal' though it isn't. We specifically asked when selecting our flooring product what quality we could expect from the manufacturer and if it was worth it to spend more on a more boutique manufacturer but were assured by NWP that the manufacturer was fine and they had no quality issues. Of course, since we constantly felt like we were a burden to the associate helping us at the time maybe they just didn't feel like dealing with us and instead wanted to rush us out. Either way, run far and run fast.

    Reached out to Robert, the owner, about a project involving wallpaper removal and fixing walls and…read morepotentially some paint. He came out to the house to review the project room and provide an estimate. After seeing the estimate that was in our budget, we decided to give the go ahead. When we first started communication, there was no rush on the project as it was for our future baby's room. So 1, 2, 3 weeks go by after giving the go ahead and no response. Finally I get a reply and it was "I will check my schedule". 4 more days go by and nothing. I reach out again and he says I'll check the schedule and let you know tomorrow..I caught him at a "busy time". Mind you the non rush project is how becoming a rush. So knowing full well the baby's delivery date, he gives me 2 weeks prior to that as his only possible available time stringing me along until it was too close to the due date. If you don't want to do the project or it's too small or it's not what you want to do, just say so and move on. Dont string me along until it's convenient for you to so a smaller job. Don't bother reaching out to Robert unless you have alot of time for your project and it's big enough to warrant him giving you his attention.

We have…read moreengaged them on at least ten different occasions over the years and each and every time they exceeded our expectations. Anytime I needed a room re painted, the house power washed or repainted, a ceiling touched up after a water issue, we have called Paint Works. Reliable, prompt, fair, responsive, respectful, neat+clean, honest and kind, I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone else.
