As I walked up to pay for my gas at pump two, I greeted the cashier by saying, "Hi, how are you?" The cashier, Jessyca, did not acknowledge or greet me. Instead, she continued talking on her phone and acted as if I wasn't standing there. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic greeting and for my transaction to have the employee's full attention. Personal phone conversations should not take priority over assisting customers. Not only is it unprofessional, but it can also lead to mistakes, such as customers being assigned to the wrong gas pump or having issues with their fuel points. I understand that everyone has busy days, but common courtesy goes a long way. If you're working in customer service, customers should feel acknowledged and respected. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service they deserve. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service for future customers.

One has to double check expiration dates on breads, milk, and other perishables because they have a tendency to have breads and dairy products past the best used by dates. They had opened another lane because the line was starting to get longer and the they only had one bagger available, so I bagged my groceries myself. Not the end of the world but it is the reason I don't use self checkout. They rely heavily on self checkout and thet does a disservice to the customers. Range of items a solid 5, prices are a solid 4, cleanliness a solid 4.5, the staff a solid 4.5; the management of having enough staff to checkout customers instead of self checkout a 3 for today.

I contacted Hunter customer service and they sent me a replacement, which is also sadly defective and makes an even more annoying sound even when I spin the fan by hand with it turned off. I am still in need of a new reliable ceiling fan for my guest room and now have two defective Hunter ceiling fans and a solid 12-15 hours in headaches and wasted trouble shooting hours invested.
