We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

The other night, our boiler failed (we knew end of life was near) and Joe was here within 15 minutes to troubleshoot. We ultimately decided to fully gut and replace. Joe pulled his strings and had everything at my house in less than 24 hours and went to work to get us up and running the next day. Very rare to get that level of emergency service and turnaround in the middle of winter, especially for a full gut job vs. simple cut and replace. His work has always been excellent, and I have found him very knowledgeable about plumbing and construction and his prices are very fair. Not all jobs are pretty - once I had a malfunctioning sewage ejector system, and he had no qualms about getting down and dirty to find a fix. He has always returned calls very quickly, even on a holiday, and is generous and exact with his advice, sending pictures back and forth to help diagnose the problem. He is an excellent communicator with a lot of varied plumbing experience who seems to like the challenge to solve a problem. Most recently I had a no-water problem while he was on another big job and he loaned me some well control boxes to switch out to logically diagnose whether it was the well pump itself. He put a lot of office time into my problem explaining to me on the phone how to take the electrical readings and didn't even want to charge me for the time afterwards, because he was on another job he had to complete. A very nice guy! Thanks to him, I was able to get the well pump replaced the next day, because of the correct diagnosis. It's comforting to know that I have a local plumber who cares enough to help me solve my plumbing problem. I highly recommend George if you want someone who has a lot of plumbing expertise and can handle tricky repairs as well as new installations.

Based on my description of how the water heater failed and age of the water heater, Billy recommended I go with a new installation and identified a water heater available at a local distributor. Billy and crew came out the next morning and had me up and running with a new water heater within several hours. Billy suggested recommendations for adjustments to some pipe hookups for a better installation and I agreed. The installation was very clean and didn't require me to clean up after they left. sorry for the delay. life gets in the way. like i said…read morebefore we believe in customer loyalty. frank responded to our concerns by informing us of what was going on i the office. we felt in good hands as he guided us through options for a new heat pump system. old hvac was 15+ yrs. explained we could upgrade n not change ducting. 2024 tricky at first was a very humid summer but system did its job they adjusted fan speed to get rid of humidity. winter system overheated at first but balanced itself. winter 2025 system worked fine down to 29*f. since they fixed app to show outside temp learned how to get the most out of system. when temp and dew point are near freezing if humidity is above 70*. system will defrost more often. so use home heating. thanks for help frank
