When I called and explained the issue and where I was located he said I doubt it's wildlife cause you aren't near any tall trees or power poles that would enable access. Well huh, someone actually knowledgeable. He came out and inspected from top to bottom and found evidence of mice. Took pics to show me. He came up with a plan of attack and over the last couple of months he caught a couple and eradicated the others. Now I hear nothing and he was reasonably priced. Unless Mr. Harris plans on giving me a refund for the maintenance plan, I have nothing to say to him. After the fact he says he "ALWAYS strives for excellence"...two words - bovine defecation. He was adamant about not even inspecting the space. If you have to force someone to do their job, where's the EXCELLENCE? I wasn't going to argue with him which is where the convo was going. First Gen found evidence right on the ledge of the attic door so if Harris had come out and looked he wouldn't have needed to even go up in the attic.

They have forgotten to come when scheduled, popped up when not scheduled, changed appts without notification. If you're not flexible with them, they'll say well that's how it is. I've canceled my service and will be using someone else moving forward. I also asked for a refund for this month since they are unable to service and was denied. Never trust a business who will take you money, make errors and lack flexibility to self correct errors.
