When I called and explained the issue and where I was located he said I doubt it's wildlife cause you aren't near any tall trees or power poles that would enable access. He came up with a plan of attack and over the last couple of months he caught a couple and eradicated the others. Now I hear nothing and he was reasonably priced. Unless Mr. Harris plans on giving me a refund for the maintenance plan, I have nothing to say to him. After the fact he says he "ALWAYS strives for excellence"...two words - bovine defecation.
