Last year none were to be found in the Estero/Bonita Springs area so this year we made a longer drive to Naples. It was worth it. The World Market at Coconut Point Mall in Estero has been closed for several years so the Naples location was my best option, other than Fort Myers. Even though the stock was a bit picked over, I was able to find an attractive set. A hit with our family on Christmas Day. I also picked up a few small gifts and wrapping supplies. This World Market is smaller than my local one in the San Francisco Bay area. But it was well laid out and staff were helpful. I have counted on World Market for 50 years, going back to when it was known as Cost Plus. Happy to find this one!

Having a grievance with my mattress purchase one month earlier and high inflated cost to exchange, I was told by the Naples management that it was a corporate decision to resolve. Once I spoke with corporate, they told me that the local management actually madethe final denial of billing adjustments.

My friends and family were skeptical for the price quoted, but I took a gamble on a local mom and pop business and it paid off! I can't believe the transformation. What was tired and outdated is now fresh and sleek. The service tech worked all day to update two vanities and a kitchen sink, the kitchen countertops and backsplash, a bathtub and tile surround, and a shower stall. Everything is bright glossy white which makes an already large condo look even bigger. The resurfacing investment definitely improved the resell value of the condo, so it was absolutely worth the money. Initially, I requested a repair and resurfacing of my kitchen sink. I texted images and spoke with…read morethe staff. An estimate was offered and accepted. Six hundred dollars. Not worth the money. The work was not as expected. The requested repairs are not well done, and some not done at all (repair rusted areas with a composite and finish with the rest of the sink). The finish of the sink is now mostly "orange peel" with some smooth areas. I complained and texted photos. The staff agreed that the work was sub-par and scheduled a redo. The same tech came to the job and did not refinish the sink, instead used some wet/dry sand paper and some auto wax. no additional repairs, no refinishing. When it became clear that the tech was not going to properly refinish the work, I sent him away. In this experience, the work was not as stated and the follow up was poor.
