She is super knowledgable about all things AIP and autoimmune diseases in general, very approachable, and always goes out of her way to help her clients. What sets her apart from other health coaches in Raleigh is a combination of her own personal health journey and a doctorate degree in biology, which makes me confident that she really understands what she is talking about. If you are struggling with an autoimmune disease and/or any of it's awful symptoms such as joint pain, anxiety, and brain frog, do yourself a favor and schedule a session with Ludy, you won't regret it!

I signed up for a Living Social deal for Cater2U for $64 for an in home cooking class for 5. On…read morethe evening of our cooking class, the woman called to say she was lost and ended up being about 15 minutes late. Once she arrived and came into the house, she realized she had not brought all of the ingredients. We were making chicken cordon bleu and apple crisp. She did not have any apples. There were also a few small ingredients missing which I would be willing to overlook, but she was missing the main ingredient of our dessert. We had to borrow apples from neighbors. She then split us up into 3 groups and handed out recipes. This was by no means a cooking class. It was 3 groups with recipes in their hands that made their own food. I was hoping it would be hands on but I was also hoping to be involved in the process of the whole meal. And all of the ingredients she brought were Great Value brand from Walmart. I would not consider that a culinary experience. She also brought what I assume is a $4 bottle of wine. We ended up pouring it down the drain. Once the cordon bleu was prepared, she put it on the oven for us and let us know when it was done. Upon cutting into mine, the chicken was still pink in the middle. All of these infractions individually could have easily been overlooked, but it was simply one thing after another that went wrong. When we were eating, she told me she needed to settle the bill. I was under the impression that it was paid for and we were expected to leave a tip. I was told there was a minimum of tip of $25. When I pointed out that we supplied part of the food, her response was that she had left the extra food in my fridge. The food she spoke of was 1 slice of ham and 2 tbsp of butter. For the experience we had, I found it unfathomable for her to demand a tip from me. She was late, unprepared, didn't "teach" us anything, and served undercooked food. I could have just as easily printed out a recipe online, went to Harris Teeter and got quality food and wine and had money left over and had an enjoyable cooking experience of my own. Do not waste your money on Cater 2 You.

My husband and I received a gift certificate for a dinner at home with personal chef from…read moreCater2YouCatering. The certificate expired shortly before our 20th anniversary so I contacted Chef Lee to ask if we could extend the date. Chef Lee indicated that the certificate would be honored on 7/31/13, our 20th anniversary. I was sent a menu selection and returned it via email with advice on my cooking setup here and asking if anything would be needed. Michelle replied to me that they would arrive by 6pm with everything needed to prepare our meal and dinner would be served by 7pm. 3 days prior to the date I sent an email to confirm the date since I had not heard from anyone, the next day I left a voicemail requesting the same and the day of our anniversary I again emailed a request for some kind of response. I was not contacted at all nor did anyone show up. Needless to say, we will be celebrating our anniversary this weekend at our favorite restaurant.
