I appreciated the communication and kindness! **************************************************** Overall happy because they kept my pool nice and clear. Communication could be much better. One visit, they removed my pool robot-vac and set it aside. The visit log just simply said "vacuum not working". It had just been working the day prior, so I took a look and it had a piece of mulch that caused it to seize up. Removed the debris, and it worked just fine. No big deal. On another visit, we noticed they did not put any chlorine tablets in the floater. It was just empty. A few days before their next visit, I put my own chlorine tablets in the floater. But when they did their weekly visit, I come home to find the floater set aside on the pool deck with NO tablets in it. My brand new tablets I had just put in the floater were just gone. The visit log said, "Need a new chlorine floater" It was an old floater so the "floor" of it fell out (but you could put it back and as long as you gently place it back in the pool, it held the tablets). I called them and left a voicemail describing how my tablets just disappeared because they decided the floater is no good. I said it would be helpful if they would at least leave 2-3 tablets for me so I can put them in a new floater. So that was annoying, and they didn't even call back. Finally, I had been planning to take over pool care on my own, so I later sent an email letting them know. I know they got the message because they didn't come, but it just would be nice to be acknowledged when customers call or email. Again, overall, they kept the pool clear, so I appreciate that much. If I could do half stars, I'd say 3.5 out of 5. Keep in mind that while they empty baskets (including the one at your pool equipment), you (or someone) still needs to clean the filter once in a while. This helps your filter last longer and do a more efficient job.

What ever you do stay far away from this company...had them for over a year and the basically…read moreruined behind my water fall with Discoloration due to not having the pool balanced right.....I come home one day to see my waterfall trickling dowm my back wall....I'm no pool guy but that tells me the filter is clogged...now the wonderful guy that works there is telling me it's my fault because I can control my pump with the app on my phone....before I had this company I had another guy doing my pool and never had this Problem... I have a new guy now that does pools and told me that what happened was there fault for not doing the job right seeing as they came weekly to check and service my pool....and the wonderful guy I talked to is taking no accountability for what has happened to my pool with there service... it seems like they could care less about customers.... So again stay far away from this company because they can ruin something and then turn around and say it's your fault.... They could care less about there customers so stay far away from.... There customer service is the worst I have ever encountered....and now there telling me it was like that when they took the pool over...little do they know I have veido of how my pool looked when they took it over so what there saying in the response is definitely not true saying it was like that when they started doing it....my vedio tells a difference story and I will be more then happy to show them that video....to bad they can't take accountabley for the actions....again stay far away they will say what ever they can to not stand behind there work

He is like clockwork and spends the time it takes to keep my water perfect. They test the water every time and add salt when needed. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend them. Another company never provided the estimate despite coming out to my home. James showed up on time and replaced the motor with our pool filter, cleaned the pool, and deck.
