Our salesperson Glen first met us at our house and helped us plan a pool that would fit into our small yard. Then there was plenty of options to choose from in their showroom, and he provided us with excellent advice on the finishes and choices. Once the project got underway, there were no unpleasant surprises, and Robert the project manager became our contact. Robert operates at a next level of excellence that made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. While scheduling every step of the pool construction he kept us in the loop and was very accommodating to our requests to integrate multiple other projects into the timeline (generator and tiki hut) so that other companies had access to the yard at important moments, such as after the pool was "shot" but before the pavers went down etc. All of the contractors involved (electric, plumbing, digging, concrete, paving etc.) were professional, polite and knowledgeable and did excellent work. Jimmy, , the other Jimmy, and Travis wrapped things up with us in the final days, and again they were knowledgeable, professional and polite. This is the second time we have installed a pool from scratch (previously we did one in New Mexico), so we had a previous experience to compare this to. Natural Springs Pools was notably faster, more detailed, and more organized than our previous NM experience. We are thrilled with the final result and happy to recommend them!

Our pool was painted three years ago and the estimator said "Right out of the gate we have to charge you $4K to remove the paint." I didn't say anything just listened to him. About 15 minutes later, he says the company that removes the paint charges $3K. So I asked him is it $4K or $3K? He knew he just admitted the company pads the subcontractor bill by 33%. Also, they never gave me an estimate. I called and reminded them but never got one. I'm grateful because I went with Affordable Pools and they were excellent.

Then I find out he was 'released.' I talked with staff and they became the middle man for management. They were working on a pool vac and gave me an option to add vacuuming to my service TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY DISAPPEARED INTO THE NIGHT! Then they notify me by letter they terminated the company! GOOD!

Have been using this company for over a year. Service was good up to the last month. This last…read moremonth our pool developed a green algae growth on walls floor and steps. Larry the owner was contacted. He angrily accused us of shutting off pool pump and adding too much water. He also said we could swim in it with the green algae. He never can out to look. We gave his pool tech 2 more visits hoping he would correct the problem but it didn't happen. So we had to fire them. When new service can out they fixed the problem but also stated pool filter must not have been back washed the whole time as it was like mud when they did it. I would not recommend them to anyone because if you have a problem with their service it must be you!

My pool was destroyed after Hurricane Helene. There were literally fish swimming in my pool and my…read moresaltwater generator and pool pump were destroyed. After a few months the pool looked like a swamp. I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.
