The nationally known company that we tried did nothing more than shock the pool each week, and gave us poor guidance when it was time to replace our pool pump. We tried other companies as well that were no better. We are new to pool ownership, AND our pool was put in when our house was built back in the early 1980's. Perfect recipe for disaster. I was concerned that this was a small company but they had good reviews so I thought I would at least have them come and give me an estimate. Mike came to my home and spent at least an hour and a half with me explaining the pool and the equipment and what we could do to get it to function optimally. He made a believer out of me and I hired him on the spot! I am thankful that I found them. Mike, his brother Shawn, and his son are the only ones who provide service with this company so you know you will get consistent, expert service.
