The managers will help customers or ask them if they need help finding something, the girls in the fabric dept go way beyond helping the customers and they have knowledge of sewing and what is needed to finish a project. I wish they would expand the trim area and carry more items by the yard since Joann's went out of business trim by the yard is hard to find.
