And to add onto the experience, every time a new customer would enter Ross, his greeting was extremely dim and robotic. "Good day and welcome to Ross". How many times he repeated the same phrase depended on how many people that were coming through the door. It wasn't said in a very welcoming way. His tone was flat and more like a "I hate you all" type of tone. I heard it about 5x and I had to leave cuz I couldn't stand the dark cloud this specific employee was.

They had more deals indicated with red or yellow price stickers than I'm used to seeing at TJ Maxx, including many heavily discounted candles, discounted notebooks, and there were also a lot of CeraVe and Cetaphil moisturizing creams and lotions.
