He arrived early to the property to capture aerial views of the roof, identify property lines and also to gather information about the neighborhood. We opted to have an all inclusive package centered around a home inspection, radon level test, oil tank sweep, termite assessment, mechanical inspection and lead based test sampling. It was a bit over the top but we were worried about potential issues. What Brandon provided was by far way more extensive with knowledgeable home owner information, structural foundation inspections and even understanding of HVAC units and their coolant needs.
