I started with another company that was affiliated with the hospital, they proved unreliable and created more stress than help. Simply put, I could not have asked for better support. Larry achieve was the coordinator in worked with, he made sure we had all of the help we needed. Caregivers were consistently good, extremely reliable, and very trustworthy. Larry checked in frequently to be sure we were satisfied. They really seem to go above and beyond at this place. For example, after the medical assistant took my vitals and exited the room, I started coughing / hacking uncontrollably. She heard me and came back in and proactively offered me one of their free bottled waters, which I very much appreciated. Also, when the PA/doctor later came in and I told her my symptoms and how I had tried to self-treat with some old Rx meds I had on hand (on the recommendation of my mom, who is also a nurse), she actually commended me for doing that, re-upped my Rx, and told me to keep going. Although it was no fun to be sick right before the December holidays, this place made treating that sickness less stressful than the typical urgent care. I give this place 5 stars -- maybe even 6!
