Home Renew 360 undertook the repair and remodel of my parents' home in Long Beach, which experienced a burst pipe that flooded the main bedroom and bathroom, the hall and an office. The project manager, Roy, worked closely with us to make sure that all of the repairs and upgrades were completed; he coordinated the various trades that were required; and he submitted reports to our insurance company that documented the expenses beyond what their adjuster had estimated. I had three or four different contractors come to my house to give me estimates on my roof. Most of them were overpriced and used subcontractors. Robert from home Renew 360 came out and explained how they're cheaper because they don't charge middleman prices. His company also finances the roofing. Robert explained precisely what they offered and the cost. Step-by-step, what was going to be done. After the tear down of the roof we found out that all the plywood underneath was water rot, so we had to change out the plywood which was not expected. But Robert again gave us a fair price. They showed up to the house in 2019 i haven't signed the contract then starts removing my shingles wothout my consent and they never let me choose a roof color, they did partial I never consented. I told them to leave or I'll call police they never left. Im forced to sign the contract bec they did the job already. They won't fix any repairs. My roof paint is peeling. Rotting wood, leaks in the roof. They still won't fix it. They want me to call them again when it rains to see the leaks. Then wait after it rains then wait again. My roof has sunken. For partial roof 15k in 2019 is a lot. Until now my new roof is causing problems they did. Got termites this year. I had to pay termite company. My neighbors roof looks better than mine and they have old roof. They criticized other licensed roofer who can do better than them. They've been given demand letters x4 already. My roof is sagging now. Maybe some structural damage. Until now no repairs made. Goodluck!!! read more

Viktor came out to our home to provide an estimate on the roof damage (that was causing leaking in our attic) as well as interior damage in the attic and in our restroom ceiling that had water stains. We had few other companies that came out and quoted us for thousands of dollars claiming that we have mold all over the attic, in need of replacing parts of our restroom ceiling that appears to be wet and need to repair. Just finished roofing and satisfied with the workmanship and the time frame it finished. Aiden was the project manager who gave us the quote and facilitated the financing too. I was given updates regularly which I appreciate. Because of the holiday, my roof replacement was scheduled after the new year. I had new insulation and new air duct put in my house, the job was done well, Elda (David) Dabush was very nice and explained everything to me about the project clearly, at the same time I needed some repairs on my tile roof, the next day Idan Mizrahi came in as Elda's manager talked to me about the roof repair, I assumed the estimate is for the entire house so I signed, the next day roofer came to start removing the tiles Idan came over and asked if I would consider replacing the roof of the garage, at that point the roofer had already started their work so all I can do is to agree, that cost me another 10K, the projects are all finished, they did a good job, but when Idan came to collect the final payment, they added the permit fee another $600, I wrote the check but afterwards I looked into the contract stated on the schedule payment part (upon demo and haul away plus permit fees) so I really feel cheated on, he was very pushy on me writing a review on the spot, so I asked him if I can do it later then he asked if he could send me the review to my email and for me to just copy and paste it on Yelps and Google, at that point I asked why he's writing my review instead of me writing my own review then he asked me to delete the email that he just send me with the review he wrote for me, this makes me think if all the other reviews are legit. Although the project is done it cost more than what they had quoted. I just posted this review less then 2hrs, Idan (project manager) came over to my house with flowers and chocolate to apologize for what happened yesterday, he explained to me that his last client asked him to do the review so he assumed that's ok with me and it's wrong for him to assumed that ,I accepted his apology, and gave me back my $600 permit fees, this is a very professional action for Idan to come over personally to apologize, thank you for taking the time and efforts to make me feel comfortable to use your company in the future. read more

I called Home Renew on a Saturday in March because my roof was leaking. The next day Viktor, the Project Manager met with me and I hired him on the spot to replace my house and garage roof. He was very thorough from the beginning to the end including some extra work that had to be done that was out of the normal scope of work. I hired him to replace my guest house roof a few weeks later and also did a wonderful job. We forgot to reroof the water heater closet that is next to the guest house, so as a courtesy, he sent a crew out to replace it. He did not charge me for the water heater roof. I had a horrible experience getting a new roof from HomeRenew 360 and their project manager Idan Mizrahi. My contract called for roof with closed-cut valleys -- which is what Idan recommended. However, he had open-cut valleys installed instead, without asking my permission beforehand. Idan said (without making eye contact with me) that if I wanted closed-cut valleys, I would have to pay to have the roof ripped up and redone. Every contractor knows you can't change from what's in the contract without getting the homeowner's OK first. So it seems he lied. The contract for new roof sheathing. However, several rafter tails on the south side and most on the west side of my garage were obviously rotted. I asked Idan about them, and he said "that's painting." As a contractor, Idan knows the roof rests on those rafters. So it seems he lied about that, too. He had an obligation to point out that the rafters needed repair before the roof went on, even if he was incapable of making the repairs himself. So now I have a new roof resting on rotted rafters that should have been replaced/repaired after the old roof had been taken off. I trusted Idan and got burned. And then at the end of the project, Idan said he needed to charge me for lumber, because of all the sheathing replaced on the garage. I pointed out to him in the contract where it said the wood would be replaced AS NEEDED, not as needed up to a certain amount. Given his apparent lies about the valleys and the rafters, I am forced to conclude that he was trying to cheat me by asking for $ he had no right to. So save yourself money, anxiety and aggravation -- stay away from HomeRenew360. read more

HomeRenew 360 did a great job on my mother in-law's Master shower! As you can see in the before and after picks the shower was an original design to the house from the 70's. Most people will never see a true sunken step down shower in their home but her house had one! After multiple quotes from other companies HomeRenew came in with a good quote for the work that needed to be done. We met with Idan and went over what we wanted done and was assured that him and his crew could pull it off. Idan and his team did a great job getting the started right away after the contract was signed. The time frame it was going to take was about a month from start to finish... it took a little longer due to some scheduling issues and waiting on the city inspector at some points. Other than that, everything really moved nicely once the project started. The workers were very nice and courteous when coming into our home and making sure to lay down construction paper/tarps on the floor so they would not track anything into the house while working. I do recommend HomeRenew for any shower renovations you might need done! They truly did a great job on updating my mother in-laws shower! (Side note) I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for the scheduling/design issues and at some points of the job I had to reach out to the project managers and ask if anyone was coming out for the day to work.
