Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. I hired this company to eliminate a serious health and safety issue, but they have failed to do so. The service has been ineffective, and I cannot recommend this company.

He examined the paint chip that was peeling, did a complete assessment, and gave me guidelines to prevent peeling in the future, such as making sure the wood is good and dry before painting, provide an oil base primer, and then buy a high quality paint. I have been to many paint stores before and dealt with many so called experts. Bill is the real deal. He is honest, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

A painter I later hired said that the upstairs ceiling and walls clearly showed that there had previously been water damage from the roof, and the sump pump installer who came after the basement flooded said it was clear to the naked eye that the basement had water problems.
