I found Castle Wholesalers while driving down Bladensburg Rd one afternoon. Though the signage on the side of the building was faded, I saw the small signs in the grass that said same day cabinets. When I went inside. I was shocked to see the selection of cabinetry available to the general public and at such great prices. Ask for Lolita, as she knows everything about all of the cabinets and vanities in the showroom! She helped me find the style that I wanted and gave me a printout with all of the prices for each cabinet so I could easily compare. John, the Asst. Manager, helped me design my entire kitchen using 20/20 software. It was amazing! He used photos and measurements from my phone to precisely select the cabinets needed for my space. My contractors picked up the cabinets the next day. All for a fraction of the price I was quoted by a major home improvement retailer. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and even stayed late to ensure my design was exactly what I wanted and to accept my credit card payment. This company deserves no stars. Treats Hispanics like trash and not like the paying customers they are. We had $500 credit with them and put down $1000 more to complete purchase of windows that had to be "special ordered". They then called back saying the price was $400 more than they thought. Then called our contractor and added $400 more to it. Marking it up Almost $800 dollars than the price we were quoted and paid. Now they are saying that we lose our money if we don't pay the extra money they tacked on. Worst part is the owner manages this store so don't expect any resolution without suing, which is very unfortunate. read more
