Take note that if you don't like cigarette smoke then you will probably hate it here. It seems like EVERYONE is blowing out more smoke than the Clariton Cokeworks. Prices are good. $1.25 for a 12oz draft and 2.50 for a well mix drink. I'm kinda thinking that they pour the mixed drinks a little weak, either that or I've built a ridiculous tolerance, cause I had quite a few and wasn't really feeling it. Chippers also has one of the larger bottled beer selections in Meadville. The wings are good if you are feeling food, otherwise I haven't tried anything on the menu.

Food is sub par and the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. We waited almost two and a half hours for wings while the owner and his crew came in a half hour after us and had food an hour before us. We would have been hammered but we waited with empty bottles for 10 minutes between beers. The inside still looks like a construction zone with unfinished wood, stained sheet metal and crooked corners everywhere.
