In May 2015 I hired Home Theater Specialists to come and install a new Samsung Smart TV in my home. I can't say enough good things about Alex! First of all, about three weeks before the installation Alex came to my house to help me determine what I needed in equipment. After explaining all the things I wanted to be able to do, Alex gave me the make and model number of the TV I needed to purchase along with the appropriate accessories. I ordered everything and was ready when he returned to do the installation. Alex knew exactly what needed to be done. His work is perfect (the first time); no guessing or having to redo things. Because I wanted all my boxes and wires hidden, Alex told me what his charge would be BUT more important, he recommended I call my satellite provider to have them move a piece of equipment rather than Alex doing it (which would save me money). A long over due review for Alex, who was amazing. We worked with Alex to update an old dedicated home theater room with state of the art Ultra 4k projector, components and speakers. It was a +$20k project that also involved installing additional Atmos speakers along with running new HDMI fiber cable from a control room to the new projector in a fully finished basement. Not sure how he did it but he was able to get it all to come together without having to cut any drywall (except for the new speakers). After a couple of months the new Denon receiver had a board go out, which is no fault of Alex and when I texted him, he was down the next day to take a look. Determining it was the receiver that went bad, rather than taking it away and leaving us without use of the theater (this was right at the beginning of the COVID stuff), he took the receiver and brought us back a loaner receiver, so we could enjoy the theater while the repairs were being completed.
