All I asked was to make sure it would work and instead it is the nightmare I asked for it not to be. Too bad our experience wasn't as positive as the other reviews. We were referred to this place by our real estate agent so we were hopeful. We needed 2 tvs, mounts and speakers. I met with the sales person and told him i wanted which included a a swivel mount in the living room so i can watch tv while i cook. When the equipment came we received a regular flush mount 8nstead of a swivel mount. I told the tech right away that isnt what i wanted. He said he would make note of it and let the sales person know. After about a week my hubby noticed the tv had a white line across the screen. We called LI and the sales person said he would process a warranty exchange. After a couple weeks we didn't hear anything so i called to follow up. SURPRISE! There wasn't any request to change out the defective tv. Really?! So the person i talked to said it will be another couple weeks to get a replacement. I get it. So we waited patiently. When the tv was ready to be picked up LI refused to pick up the new tv nor would they take down the defective unit. What do you expect me to do? I talked to the warehouse and i was able to get them to let ME pick up the new tv. A tech from LI came to replace it. It was such an ordeal. Never again. read more

Logic Integration has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a service company!! We have had issues with our system since it was installed with continues promises of having them resolved to no avail. Their lack of response leaves us for weeks without the use of our television, and other sources of media. When they do respond, their "fix" is to come out, reset the system, leave without communicating, and knowing the reset didn't address the root cause, so we are then left in the same situation until we can manage to get them to come out again, charging us each time for a service call. For the money we paid, I would NEVER again use or recommend Logic Integration. read more
