Ive been going here for over a year with nothing but headaches. 1) They filled my prescription for a controlled substance for someone who wasnt me and when I went in to get my prescription, they didnt apologize and made me come back to get my prescription filled again. It was never explained to me what happened. This is illegal. 2) one day i called and the phone rang for about 3 min and disconnected me. Then I called back I got immediately disconnected. This happened multiple times, so I went to the store. There were no customers there, and when I asked about the phone, one of the women there said she was answering calls all morning and had no idea. 3) I went in today to fill my prescription and I was the only person on line. The woman behind the counter told me she would be right with me, and then proceeded to stand around doing literally nothing until another woman came up with a question whom she immediately started helping directly in front of me. When I told her I was on line, all I was told is that I was not being cut in line.... I then tried to address this with the manager she was patronizing, told me she would "deal with me" and she had nothing to say at all about her employees directly and blatantly ignoring me to my face. Go use mosaic or any other pharmacy.

I tell her I have two 5X7 items and she asks my name again, guess she couldn't focus on anything until she knew the size. She hands me the photo envelop, saying nothing, and I notice there is no printed label and the handwritten price is wrong from what my online total was. I let her know and she just says the printer isn't working. Okay so she couldn't look up the order and get the correct price??? I show her the email confirmation and she writes a new price, again seeming annoyed at having to do her job. When I go to the counter to check out, the nicer lady there says, oh no, there's no label. I let her know the situation relayed by the other gal and this lady says something like, she should know better and I reply, well she's not very helpful. The lady just says, yeah she needs to work on her customer service. So this is a known issue? I know it's hard to find help these days, I guess you can't expect it to be good help. This Walgreens is decent 2 out of 5 times I go, thus the two stars. It's not the first time I've gotten lackluster service, but there are some good customer service associates there at times.
