Ive been going here for over a year with nothing but headaches. 1) They filled my prescription for a controlled substance for someone who wasnt me and when I went in to get my prescription, they didnt apologize and made me come back to get my prescription filled again. It was never explained to me what happened. This is illegal. 2) one day i called and the phone rang for about 3 min and disconnected me. Then I called back I got immediately disconnected. This happened multiple times, so I went to the store. There were no customers there, and when I asked about the phone, one of the women there said she was answering calls all morning and had no idea. 3) I went in today to fill my prescription and I was the only person on line. The woman behind the counter told me she would be right with me, and then proceeded to stand around doing literally nothing until another woman came up with a question whom she immediately started helping directly in front of me. When I told her I was on line, all I was told is that I was not being cut in line.... I then tried to address this with the manager she was patronizing, told me she would "deal with me" and she had nothing to say at all about her employees directly and blatantly ignoring me to my face. Go use mosaic or any other pharmacy.

I waited for 15 minutes, they never picked up the phone. Once I got there one of my prescriptions was transferred to another store by the pharmacist. He said it would be ready that night. He said it would be a 20 minute drive. That was OK. I needed it. The next day I drove to get my medicine it had not been transferred. All they had for me after all this driving and waiting is a simple "sorry". Well, sorry doesn't cut it. I like Walgreens, but this one has terrible customer service.
