Fast forward to 2026, when we needed another Title 5 inspection to sell our home. Since Kevin's previous company had been acquired, we hired the new company, assuming all Title 5 inspection services were essentially the same. That turned out to be a costly assumption. The new inspector claimed our septic tank was leaking and needed to be replaced, identified several other issues that supposedly prevented the system from passing, and even questioned the integrity of Kevin's original inspection. With our closing only five days away, we were understandably overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. After some research, we discovered that Kevin had started his own company, Title V Inspections. We reached out, explained our situation, and he didn't hesitate for a second. Despite his busy schedule, he made time to come to our property immediately. I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this.
