We did, they saw my dog and gave us an ear solution to pour in and massage his ear and then he'd shake his head and try to shake it out after we were done. We did this with him time to time and eventually he healed up and was all good again. Vet said some dogs are just more sensitive to something's than others. When booking the appointment I had called a few times with questions and the girls at the front were SO kind and friendly. In fact when I was driving to my appointment I realized I didn't have my previous vets paperwork for my pet and 15 mins prior to my appointment she was calling them herself to have them sent over without me even having to run home to get the copies or anything. It was a thorough exam and while she was doing it the whole time the other vet helping her was giving my cat a treat and it made it so easy on everyone involved. Despite this, we were kept waiting past our appointment time as the front desk staff seemed preoccupied chatting. My dog ended up peeing on the floor, and I had to leave her for a few hours to allow her bladder to fill again. While the vet was great with Penny, I felt that the front desk's communication was poor. One person confirmed my dog's health records had been received from her previous doctor, but when I arrived, I was told her immunization records were missing. I was also told she would look into this and follow up with me via phone, but I received no call. I have no idea where that netted out. Overall, I think my dog had a good visit and there is plenty of parking in this shopping center.
