Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. UPDATE: After multiple false alarms, I had to have my EIGHTH tech visit this week, and of course now I'm being charged for them.
