I needed to fix door lever on what turned out to be a custom made part. Alex was very responsive and accommodating to even come over at the end of his day to check and diagnose the the lock issue. It turned out to be a custom part on the lock. He ordered and a couple of days later when the part arrived he installed. Alex, the owner, answered my late weeknight call right away when I had a problem with a door lock and could not close my door. One of his technicians, Simon, was at my home within 20 minutes. He went straight to work and clearly knew what he was doing. He gave me thorough explanations and was upfront with very fair pricing. Simon needed to take my door off the frame to try to fix my lock and Alex came to the house right away to help him remove the door. This was about 11pm on a Monday night. They weren't able to fix the lock but were able to locate a replacement lock (it's an old model so not very easy to find). Both Alex and Simon were knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.
