Sweet Dreams has designed a Memorial Garden where Sweetheart's ashes will be scattered for future visitations. They now have their own cremation facility.

They offered an apology and started to provide names of other services I could book with - all while my pooch was suffering. I declined since I can also Google companies - that's how I found them. So far, 6 days later, and I have yet to receive a refund for a service they couldn't provide. At least the other company we used had some empathy and waited until after the appointment to charge me.
