Y'all....this place was the perfect stay. Close to I-10 and to various places of interest. The…read morefront desk staff is amazing and VERY accommodating. When we were just pulling in, our daughter decided to try her hand at blowing a bubble with gum. It didn't end up very well and we needed peanut butter, fast! The night shift gal (Natalie, maybe?) went and got me two small PB containers as well as a microfiber cloth to help with the clean up. Upon checkin you get your choice of beverages as well: beer/wine or soda/water. They also had fresh-made peanut butter cookies. Apparently it was our day for PB. Haha The lobby is up to date and tidy, as well as the common areas. The pool was cloudy but it's rained a good bit recently. So that didn't deter the kids from taking a late night dip. Linens are clean and there was no trace of the past lodgers (i.e. random hairs in the shower or on the towels). They even leave ear plugs in the beds for you (just in case) and there was a coloring sheet with crayons for the kiddos. Breakfast was a selection of yogurts, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), sausage, ham, bacon, waffle maker (regular or strawberry), cereal, and pastries. Coffee was fresh and there was also a few choices for hot tea. When checking out this morning, the day shift manager (Candace?) even asked if we'd been able to get the PB. If we travel through here again, we will be staying here.

Nowhere on the itinerary did it show it was accessible…read more Called Expedia and the hotel and was told I could not confirm if it was accessible until I got to the hotel. I got to the hotel and was told it was not accessible. I was told I could cancel but only right then and I could not see the room first. We got to the room and the room was nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the window, on the walls, on the ceiling, in the tub, the fridge door was rusted over, and the top of the fridge looked like it was hit with a sledgehammer. I was told it was too late to cancel and get a refund. Expedia was no help even though I purchased the booking protection. The hotel was horrible and no one should stay there and the health department should shut them down.

Booked an additional night in June 2022. It was $99.39 for a Deluxe Double Room with 2 Double Beds,…read moreincluding the 11% tax. (King bed not available.) There was also a $50 deposit charged via credit card. + Microwave + Refrigerator + Complimentary parking available on property (although parking is a bit tight in the back of the property) + Decent size - Weak toilet flush power - There are multiple outlets on the base of the bedside lamps. However, they did not work. - No elevators I believe it depends on which room is assigned during check-in. This room on the first floor is much better than the room on the 2nd floor where we previously stayed. There were no wobbly shower fixtures or creaky bed springs in this room. Also, this time around, there were 2 trash cans in the room and there was Kleenex/facial tissue instead of an empty tissue box cover.

This is my first business tag along with him this year. The Quality Inn in Crestview is our second hotel this trip. We stayed in Room 131. It is closest to an outside door. We have a dog so that makes it easier to let him out. My first complaint is No hot water in the shower. I hate hate taking cold or cool showers. Making a cup of tea at 1:30 am this morning and saw a German cock roach scurry across the floor. Killed it with a shoe. Creeps me out. Door handle is loose. Our room key never unlocks the outside side door. We always have to walk around to the front doors. Even after having the front office clerk reprogram it. No remote for the TV when we arrived. They brought us different ones after check in and none of them worked. They finally brought us one that works the next day. The trim between the ceramic tile and vinyl floor comes up making a tripping hazard. We will not come back here.

Within 5 minutes of entering the room, we saw a huge palmetto bug on the wall, which we proceeded…read moreto kill. However, that's the only one we saw during our 6 day visit. Even more disgusting than the roach is when I flushed the toilet, I realized it was backed up. When I told the maintenance woman,I was shocked when she handed me a plunger instead! I then had the chore of unplunging the previous guest's fecal matter from the toilet. This was absolutely disgusting and that employee should be fired. In addition to that, we put out our dirty towels out for housekeeping wheen we saw them outside, and we took the Do Not Disturb sign off our doorknob so they could give us new towels. They never did. Even if they offered a free stay, we would never stay here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady at the front desk was nice and she let us borrow a USB plug that we forgot to pack.

Cheap, but not worth staying here…read more The check-in process was horrible. The lady at the desk kept going back and forth between the office and some back room. It took about a half hour just to check in and this made me late for dinner plans. She finally just gave me a room key and mumbled the room number. I could barely understand anything she was saying. The room itself was clean, but had a strong, musty odor. The air conditioner was set to 60 degrees, but did not cool down the room at all. The room was oddly set up with a random closet that contained a mattress and random odds and ends. The shower was very dark and had the feel of a prison cell. The bed was OK and since there was at least a working fridge and microwave, I'll give them two stars instead of one.

This is the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. I wish I could cut some slack on this review but…read moreeverything from check in to the room is extremely unfortunate. My friend, girlfriend, and myself have been traveling from Los Angeles to Miami and were unfortunate enough to end up here. Upon arriving at 10:30pm, I made my way to a locked lobby. After knocking on the door, the front desk receptionist (who, I'm assuming is also the owner) walked to the key drop off and began to speak with me through the door. I asked her to open the door and let me into the lobby so I can expedite this process. She seemed not to care and asked for my ID through the door. She then came back with paperwork. I informed her that she needed to let me in. I have been driving for 10 hours and I instantly felt as if I was being seen as a criminal (I don't blame her. It seems that everyone who is checked in here is). After an annoying check in process, I finally got my room key. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I would recommend that NO ONE stay at this motel. Spend the extra $10 and stay at the Super 8 or Motel 6 or sleep in your car. It seems like these owners feel into the "hospitality" industry and have no idea what they're doing. Also, don't step outside. Really. All the locals here look like meth addicts. I wonder if the Hilton family knows that these owners are pawning off of their name.
