From the check in to check out... this hotel is amazing!! It's pretty new and everything and has nice touches! The room was super clean. They gave us plenty of towels for our family of four. Our room only has a stand up shower so no luck if you need a tub. But that was just fine for us! The morning breakfast was good! They had sausage sandwich, egg & cheese omelettes, waffles, mini bagels, oatmeal, fruit cups, orange juice, mango water, & milk. I go to the hotels for the breakfast and the cleanliness. This hotel surpassed both! I would definitely come back. 7-eleven and Panera bread are within walking distance. It's within 5-7 min driving to other restaurants: Raising cane's, Hard Eight (amazing BBQ), Cigars International, Cheddars, Mi cocina & Rock & Brews. And about a 9 min drive from the Crayola Experience (where we going!)

Great rates going on now with the covid. This is a really nice hotel. Free breakfast with a good variety of tasty food. The guy working the front desk was really friendly. They have an outdoor patio with one of those gas flame tables. Home 2 are some of my favorite hotels

The thing about the DFW Metroplex is that every suburb has their own malls, entertainment areas, so This LOCATION is pretty amazing even though you're really north of Dallas (if your goal was to be close to actual Dallas). Plano has tons of shopping and entertainment options, all of which you are near with this hotel. We drove 12+ hours to get here (my daughter and me love road trips!), so felt like I looked like a roadtrip LOL but the gentleman at the front desk was REALLY nice and hospitable. As a Hilton Honors gold member, I look for customer service and cleanliness at with every stay and the customer service was great. When we checked in we had personalized note with a Hershey chocolate bar next to it (my daughter's favorite candy bar - nice touch!) and complimentary water. I felt like the room could've been cleaner (but it wasn't gross just dusty) and there was a stain on the floor near the middle bed table that should've probably been treated to minimize it (I wish all hotels had fake hardwood or something). I always check the floor plan in my Hilton app when choosing a room because I don't like undesirable views and we looked toward the Shops at Legacy, which was great. Bonus view was these two horses in the field across the street lol because one horse was always moving away from the other horse only to be found again. The room was large with a full size refrigerator which would be great for longer stays. I feel like even though hotel feels new it may been an upgrade because I really missed the large shower that you normally find in Home2. The parking lot was never full so finding a pretty decent park was always available. Overall, this is a solid hotel choice when staying in the area. Every last person at the front desk provided us with great customer service so we would probably stay again.

We've never been to a Home2suites usually just always Embassy or Homewood so was excited to try it out when we saw there was 1 on the way on our road trip. I love the lobby checking in at night. Really nice reception actuallu noticed how friendly the staff was here. Even for breakfast we were greeted by all the staff. Really says something about a property. We had a smooth and courteous check in. Once in our room we noticed how spacious it was. Loves it. Noticed an odd musky odor but it was passable. Things were clear. Beds were soft and comfortable. Can it be too soft? Hardly a complaint though. I loved how the bath soap and shampoo was on the wall instead of tiny bottles. Made it so easy. Loved the sweet note, snack n water given to Hilton Honors members. Was touched. Have to mention a weird knocking noise that went on ALL night. We kept thinking someone was knocking on our door all night long. It was a weird clicking sound. Other than that it was a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was nice. Being a weekend it was until 10am. Loved the selection and all the fresh fruit. I always get oatmeal. Cute packaged omelette and bagel sandwich. Texas buckwheat waffles were yummy too. Really enjoyed it. Overall enjoyed our stay. Liked the space for our large family. Great pit stop. Thank you Hilton!

They offer self park for $23 a night (May 2026) or valet for $45. We did self park. The lobby is very attractive and melds into the lounge area. We were greeted immediately at check in and the process was very easy. In terms of the room, our room (two queen beds) was definitely on the small size. It was functional but certainly one of the smallest rooms I have experienced in Dallas. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the carpet was not stained. The shower had a very strong water flow and was a sufficient size for one person. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. There is lounge and restaurant. The pool was supposed to be heated but in May the water was cold. The pool area has a small bar but beer options are quite limited. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. You are literally steps from Legacy West with the row of seemingly endless eating and shopping options. Having parked in the hotel lot, there was no need to drive and fight for scarce parking along the street. The reason for 4 stars is that at night we could hear loud music. I am guessing it came from a nearby bar or restaurant. The noise was loud enough to notice but not so obnoxiously loud as to prevent sleep. Still, the preference would be for quiet.

They charged as though you're at a high end buffet, and it was such a rip off. Salty dried up and cold food is what you'll get to eat. It's also missing classic Thanksgiving fare. That's alongside empty plates of crumbs which make you wonder why they say they have a dessert table. There was nothing but a layer of soup on the bottom of the pot, and the waiter said he wouldn't refill it unless I really wanted it! I paid for the buffet, not for empty plates. They weren't refilling the food, and though our ticket was 12:45-2:15 pm, most of the food was eaten/empty/not refilled. Ugly, unappealing, and really kind of gross. It also makes you wonder how they get away with what they're charging??? And don't even get me started on the attitude of the serving staff who were hard to find and ultimately condescending, not to mention rude (except the omelette guy). Anything you make at home will be better!

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Checking In & Perks If you aren't a member yet, definitely sign up before you arrive! Upon checking in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and free WiFi. Karina handled our check-in and was absolutely wonderful--extremely amicable, professional, and the perfect example of excellent customer service. The Atmosphere & Unique Daily Themes One of the coolest features of this hotel is the daily theme hosted in the lobby: Day 1: A complimentary snack cart stocked with chips, candy, and water. Day 2: A fun trail mix station. A bourbon and burger event offered at a very reasonable cost. On our second day, we interacted with Rashad, who was also the absolute epitome of customer service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. The Rooms & Amenities The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and well-designed. Our room faced the mini-field at The Star adjacent to the hotel. Even though the hotel was completely at full capacity during our stay, the room was remarkably quiet. The soundproofing is top-notch. The bathroom was equally spacious. We did have one minor hiccup where a provided bath towel was visibly dirty, but the staff handled it flawlessly, immediately exchanging it for fresh linens the next morning. The pool area is beautiful, and both the bartenders and pool attendants were incredibly attentive and quick with their service. Dining & Events We spent some time at Neighbors, the on-site bar and restaurant, and sat on the patio to people-watch. There are also plenty of other great restaurants within short walking distance. As for the birthday celebration, the event space was stunning. The decor leading up to and outside of the ballroom was beautiful and incredibly well-executed. The event food and drinks were great overall; the only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit too salty, but the rest of the meal was delicious. A Special Highlight As an added bonus, Samuel L. Jackson was filming a spinoff of Tulsa King right when we arrived! Despite the production hustle and bustle, the hotel staff did a seamless job of accommodating regular guests and maintaining a premium experience. In closing, I highly recommend this property for its spacious rooms, stellar location, and a team that truly understands hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The hotel kept pushing back on contract decision already agreed on and signed off on. We had difficulty getting someone to come and open doors despite having instructions on time frames we needed rooms. One of the rooms we had till midnight one day, was taken over by cleaning crew almost 2 hours before we were even supposed to be out. We had a room near the lobby and outside people kept coming in, I had to tell 3 different people, in which the last person saw it first hand and handled it luckily but things just weren't done in a timely fashion. Now to talk about the room... let me just say, it's clean, it has everything you need for a stay but it is not a wow factor, nor does it impress you. For the amount of money you are spending per night at the this place, you at least expect some decent tv service. The shower has 1 sliding door that honestly does nothing to stop the water from splashing out onto the tile. The lamps in my room closest to the beds didn't even work. The closet wouldn't fully close which made the light stay on. And the toilet required you to flush several times just to get the toilet paper to go down. The room service is on very limited hours, but in top of that the restaurant has very limited and just ok meals. Overall just not impressed with this place whatsoever.
