Absolutely, this place is great so I would highly recommend. The staff was great, the breakfast is yummy, they accept pets which will keep me a Hilton member for life. I liked the shower glass doors and roomy space with the Zero products - my hair looked great using it. The interiors were really well tight out and impressive. The rooms had everything you need for long term stay. My only suggestion is that the linens be cleaned better. They smelled like they weren't washed with soap. I thought it was just my first room didn't get cleaned so they moved us but then the second, although not as bad still had that not so fresh smell to the bedding. I ended up getting my own linens and that helped me sleep much better. I did enjoy the bed, it was firm but not hard with some nice plush to it. I'm not a fan of microfiber fabric either. Although soft, it feels like wet socks so they need to switch to a nice parcel cotton or other nice quality. I'm not docking points though because everything else was so great. I like the sugar free syrup and the mango water. Two things I've never had. read more

When I book hotels, especially for family trips, I put a lot of research into it. And many times, even after all that work, they still aren't quite ideal. Home2 Suites was fantastic! We had a King suite with a couch for my husband and I and our young son. The pool was a huge hit and never busy. Service was great, food yummy, the hotel was beautiful. We were all very happy with our stay. They also have Texas shaped waffles. Go here! read more

Rooms are clean but the front desk was rude when I complained about a party going on in the lobby. I was told by Andrea at the front desk that the noise was allowed til 10pm and it was 8:30 pm when I complained that I couldn't hear my Tv from the activity going on in the halls and lobby. They had groups of kids there for soccer events but I feel like the appropriate thing was to let them celebrate in a banquet room or conference room and not the lobby and not to be so rude when your guests have a legitimate complaint. So I wouldn't advise someone to go there to relax and rest. read more

Love this hotel!!! We come in for meetings and this is like an oasis after the meetings to relax and unwind. The breakfast bar is solid, not spectacular, but solid on offers. They do need some brown sugar for the oatmeal, but the egg sandwiches are great! The rooms are stuffed with furniture, plenty of eating space, a couch and comfy beds. the pillows were close to perfect! read more

From the check in to check out... this hotel is amazing!! It's pretty new and everything and has nice touches! The room was super clean. They gave us plenty of towels for our family of four. Our room only has a stand up shower so no luck if you need a tub. But that was just fine for us! The morning breakfast was good! They had sausage sandwich, egg & cheese omelettes, waffles, mini bagels, oatmeal, fruit cups, orange juice, mango water, & milk. I go to the hotels for the breakfast and the cleanliness. This hotel surpassed both! I would definitely come back. 7-eleven and Panera bread are within walking distance. It's within 5-7 min driving to other restaurants: Raising cane's, Hard Eight (amazing BBQ), Cigars International, Cheddars, Mi cocina & Rock & Brews. The thing about the DFW Metroplex is that every suburb has their own malls, entertainment areas, so This LOCATION is pretty amazing even though you're really north of Dallas (if your goal was to be close to actual Dallas). Plano has tons of shopping and entertainment options, all of which you are near with this hotel. We drove 12+ hours to get here (my daughter and me love road trips!), so felt like I looked like a roadtrip LOL but the gentleman at the front desk was REALLY nice and hospitable. As a Hilton Honors gold member, I look for customer service and cleanliness at with every stay and the customer service was great. When we checked in we had personalized note with a Hershey chocolate bar next to it (my daughter's favorite candy bar - nice touch!) and complimentary water. I felt like the room could've been cleaner (but it wasn't gross just dusty) and there was a stain on the floor near the middle bed table that should've probably been treated to minimize it (I wish all hotels had fake hardwood or something). I always check the floor plan in my Hilton app when choosing a room because I don't like undesirable views and we looked toward the Shops at Legacy, which was great. Bonus view was these two horses in the field across the street lol because one horse was always moving away from the other horse only to be found again. The room was large with a full size refrigerator which would be great for longer stays. I feel like even though hotel feels new it may been an upgrade because I really missed the large shower that you normally find in Home2. The parking lot was never full so finding a pretty decent park was always available. Overall, this is a solid hotel choice when staying in the area. Every last person at the front desk provided us with great customer service so we would probably stay again. read more

Nice new hotel with great amenities that feel like home. The rooms are spacious and full of what you need away from home. The kitchenette is sleek and modern with dishes, paper towels, a large fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The beds are soft and linens crisp. Like most residence hotels the bathroom is a little small. The lighting in the bathroom is not great for doing your makeup (lights are on the side of the mirror so there is no light at the top). Also I could hear the ppl walking in the room above me. So I suggest staying on the 5th floor so no one is above you. Breakfast is complimentary and includes a make-your-own-waffle station, fruit, bagels and breads and coffee, tea and other juices. The staff is exceptionally nice. They greeted me at the door and gave me a sweet and welcomed gift bag full of info about the hotel and some treats. Very nice after a long flight and having been moved from one hotel to another. I will def comeback as this is conveniently located near my office and nearby restaurants. read more

This is my second stay at a Home2 Suites and I like it. Whoever designed the rooms must also design travel trailers. I mean that in a good way. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and laid out to be extremely efficient. Everything you need for a long-term stay. Dish washer, full sized refrigerator, dishes, sink with disposal, microwave, all in the room. A portable cooktop with a skillet is available upon request. The storage space in the room is unbelievable. Shelves, cabinets, and drawers everywhere; all in the right places to be handy. If you are like me and like to bring everything you own to ensure your comfort, the storage is a big plus. Relaxing in the room, making it feel like you are in your own cabin is nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is excellent. They have the typical breakfast bar, but for us, we stopped at Buc-ee's on the way down. A couple of Beaver Tails and a good cup of coffee from the lobby made a great breakfast in the room. Very enjoyable stay read more

We've never been to a Home2suites usually just always Embassy or Homewood so was excited to try it out when we saw there was 1 on the way on our road trip. I love the lobby checking in at night. Really nice reception actuallu noticed how friendly the staff was here. Even for breakfast we were greeted by all the staff. Really says something about a property. We had a smooth and courteous check in. Once in our room we noticed how spacious it was. Loves it. Noticed an odd musky odor but it was passable. Things were clear. Beds were soft and comfortable. Can it be too soft? Hardly a complaint though. I loved how the bath soap and shampoo was on the wall instead of tiny bottles. Made it so easy. Loved the sweet note, snack n water given to Hilton Honors members. Was touched. Have to mention a weird knocking noise that went on ALL night. We kept thinking someone was knocking on our door all night long. It was a weird clicking sound. Other than that it was a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was nice. Being a weekend it was until 10am. Loved the selection and all the fresh fruit. I always get oatmeal. Cute packaged omelette and bagel sandwich. Texas buckwheat waffles were yummy too. Really enjoyed it. Overall enjoyed our stay. Liked the space for our large family. Great pit stop. Thank you Hilton! read more

I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. They had lots of hand sanitizer available along with numerous wet wipe stations near high traffic areas. Hilton did a great job communicating how they are disinfecting surfaces inside of the rooms as well. I appreciate that they provided hot food items such as bowls and breakfast sandwiches at breakfast. I understand the challenges with COVID but it would have been nice if they served fresh options instead of food items that were clearly frozen and warmed up. They have made-to-order waffles, pastries, bagels and toast if you don't mind carbs. They keep coffee and hot water for tea available 24 hours which is great. The room was clean with a decent amount of space for a person to get work done or relax. The decor is updated so that most def adds to the good vibes. read more

This hotel did not disappoint. If you're looking for a clean, spacious room, this is it. It's away from the busy streets, which is what I liked the most about the location, but close enough to get to Legacy West, IKEA, Kidzania, etc. There's 7/11 and a gas station next to it. They served the same breakfast daily but there were enough variety that you can eat different ones each day. It was good too. I would stay at this hotel again. read more

This Home 2 was alright, thankfully it was just $61 a night. Noisy weekend with kids stomping up and down the halls early as hell in the morning. I had scheduled a couple of weeks ahead and the above reason is why I always ask for a room on the top floor. The staff didn't seem able or willing to help with that, I'm not sure why. I guess my Hilton Honors rank isn't high enough. Regardless, rooms were comfortable enough, A/C was nice and quiet, except it seems to run about 2 degrees warmer than what you set the thermostat at (set at 70 if you want 72). The front desk staff is friendly enough, but isn't super engaging, and neither does Jay, the manager. Housekeeping was really awesome though, and they were always on the ball when we requested them to clean the room. Now, I'm not going to bicker over 5 cents, but when Hilton's website quotes me a reservation price lower than what I was charged, makes me go hmmmmm. Sadly, no good fire pit or hot tub, but the scenery around this place!!!!! A pasture right across the intersection with two sweet horsies that love apples, and the hotel has apples at breakfast, or you can buy them at the 7-11 that's almost right next door (there's also a Panera, if you like them). Lots of nice areas to take a walk up and down Corporate, Tennyson and Communications Parkway. Overall, not the worst experience I've ever had, but not the best from Home2. read more

Our family usually stays at a different Home 2 Suites but when checking prices, this one was almost half the price of where we normally stay so for two nights decided we would try this one. When we first drove up, I thought we might have made a mistake because there were several young baseball teams staying and the pool area was so loud. I was afraid we would not be getting any sleep due to all the players and noise but to my surprise once we were in our room, we never heard any noise. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, although the pillows could be a little firmer. The towels were thick and soft. Loved the fact that we had room service without having to call and ask for it!!! The only downfall is my digital key never worked. Overall a very good stay! Will be back!! read more

I absolutely love this place. This is a fairly new hotel property. It is located in Plano. As soon as I walked into the front door, the staff was so nice. They greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I was on the first floor. When I walked into my room I was greeted by a beautiful spic and span, sparkling clean room. The room is huge. There are two closet spaces, pretty much a full kitchen with the exception of a stove. There is also a full refrigerator, a large desk space, plenty of space for your luggage to go underneath of the TV, a nice living room area, a dining table with three chairs, a very large bathroom with a fairly large shower, and the master bedroom with a king size bed. It doesn't get any better than this. I have been to a lot of home to suites properties and this is by far one of the best ones I have been to. The TVs are huge. There was a welcome letter waiting for me on the desk which I thought is a very sweet touch. There is plenty of space for two people in the master bedroom and two people on the pull out couch that is located in the living room. I can't wait to come back to Dallas/ Plano. When I do my entire team will be staying here at this particular I can't wait to come back to Dallas/Plano. When I do my entire team will be staying here at this particular property. This is the best place to stay with "full" kitchens in Shops of Legacy area. It's close to everything and the gym is nice and big. The associates are great and remover you. Jose always has a big smile and is ready to help out with any question or need. I stay here every month or two and they always remember me. The breakfast is great too. read more

My husband and I traveled here from Los Angeles to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, my aunt also traveled with us so she could visit her sister who lives nearby. We booked 2 king bed suites through my husband because he works for Hilton back home. Booking was easy as well as check in and getting to the hotel from DAL. Lots of space for parking, and the hotel isn't near a lot of business, the hotel is brand new so I'm assuming they are still building around it. Driving up it looks beautiful! We stayed in the Frisco location last year when it was also brand new and it gave us the pretty same vibes. The Home2 Suites, from what I have seen, all have a similar set up of bright solid colors and lots of seating in the lobby. It looks very clean and crisp, they have a large pool (no jacuzzi), and an area to sit by the fire with options to use a grill. Checking in, we were informed we would be getting a 2 Queen bed suite instead of 1 king bed suite due to them being overbooked. We didn't mind the change of having an extra bed, plus the lady said it would make our suite slightly larger for the original price we paid. I didn't get photos of the room, but we stayed on the 4th floor my aunt's room closer to the elevator and ours a little further on the other side. Walking into my aunt's room it was HUGE! Looked like it could fit at least 4-5 people and she had it all to herself lucky lady. Our room was not as big, but still a beautiful room and we could see our car parked from our window. It was identical to the room we stayed in Frisco last year. Overall a wonderful hotel, great breakfast, great staff, and very comfy to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely continue to book Home2 Suites if they are available where we travel! read more
