I unfortunately never even had the chance to stay at this Hampton Inn due to an issue with my reservation and the complete lack of assistance from the property. During the booking process the date on my reservation was accidentally changed. I immediately tried calling the hotel to correct the date, but no one answered. After about 20 minutes I contacted Hilton corporate for help and explained that I still wanted to stay at the property and was only requesting that the reservation be moved forward by one day. I was not asking for a refund--just a simple date change. Corporate told me the property had to approve the request. When they contacted the hotel, the clerk refused to make the change and said there was nothing they could do. I then called the property directly and spoke with an employee named Ron. The customer service during this call was some of the worst I have experienced. I was repeatedly interrupted, placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and spoken to with a very dismissive and confrontational tone. When I tried to explain the situation, Ron responded with "okay, and?" and told me the issue was not his problem and that corporate should have explained it to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager (Lucero Torres) would not be available until Monday and that there was nothing that could be done. What made this even more frustrating is that at no point did anyone explain whether the hotel was actually fully booked. When I checked availability myself afterward, the Hampton Inn website showed a room available and Hilton's website showed multiple rooms available for that same date at the same location. Despite this, no solution or alternative was offered. I was simply asking to move my reservation by one day and was even willing to transfer to another Hilton property nearby if necessary, but that request was also denied. The level of attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist with such a simple request was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly relieved I will not be staying at this location, but the experience definitely left a negative impression. read more

They don't communicate through the Hilton app chat feature like 99% of the other Hilton properties do (worldwide). Ice machine on second floor has been out of order for months and other reviews tell more of the same management neglect. The good thing is that there's a great infrastructure close by for your needs. They don't have breakfast and said they've been out of food for it for the past two weeks, but they don't let you know that when you book it, or upon arrival. Had I known that I would've booked across the street at the Hilton. The beds are not super comfortable, but they're OK for a couple of nights. Parking is free, which is nice. We've been traveling for 13 years. we loved Hampton Inns. But over the past few years they have been going down. this one in Temecula has almost no items left in their little store. even though we are gold members they are normally out of the freebies were supposed to get. The breakfast this morning was exceptionally bad. No eggs, the potatoes looked like they hadn't been cooked. The only fruit offered was apples and they looked like they were left over from WW2. we drove to McDonald's down the street. Repairs needed in the rooms are not made. What a disaster the customer service is at this Hampton Inn. For being a small hotel, they sure do lack any sort of accountability. I submitted an inquiry on October 13 for a room block and to date have not received a response. I have followed up by email and phone since submitting and no matter what time of the day I call, the sales team is not in. Apparently they only work about 30-50 minutes a day and no one knows when those lucky minutes will be. The hotel manager, Lucero, is also condescending and will do nothing to assist. No other hotel takes 7-10 days to get back on a request as Lucero mentioned they do. I have spoken with abbey, roya; Lucero and have been in search of the illusive crystal and Kimberly. At this point, we have zero intention on staying here as this is a terrible sign of why could be awaiting us. I'm just curious who these magical unicorn sales reps are. Stayed here after a wedding. Got the King Suite for $30 more so other friends staying in the same hotel could hang out. The walls are thin tho. A hotel employee came by with a noise complaint around 11pm. I thought we were pretty quiet but there's a possibility my memory is misremembering the specifics that night. Either way, they were cool about it. Told us we could come down to the lobby if we wanted but we just turned off the music and called it a night not too long after. My stay at the Hampton Inn Cypress was wonderful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I was assisted by Maria at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing to work with--warm, pleasant, and someone I connected with immediately. She even shared some excellent recommendations for local wineries, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently situated just off the 15 and along Rancho California Road. Despite the proximity to major roads, I didn't notice any significant noise, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I stayed in a 1-king bed suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The suite included a couch and two lounge chairs--perfect for relaxing, reading, or unwinding after a day out. A complimentary continental breakfast was included each morning, and it was very good. The breakfast attendant was attentive, friendly, and kept everything well stocked. Our stay was great. It's in an interesting location unfortunately it doesn't have a bar, but we slept well. It's close to old town, but they have tons of bars and restaurants, but thanks to kristal who was absolutely outstanding at her job. It was a delight to see her if she was working in the mornings, afternoons or evenings her personality lights up a room thank you again for the laughter. I'm not sure what her position is. Absolutely awful experience with this hotel. The actual room and stay was fine, we had no issues until we checked out. I realized I left a toiltery bag in the restroom in my hotel room. I called the hotel about 4 hours after checking out. Ron answered the phone. Not only was he blatantly rude and disrespectful but he shouted at me. He told me it was my "problem" and that there was nothing he can do to help me. He said he looked in the lost and found and couldn't find any items. I tried to ask him what my next steps were and he said that there is nothing he can or will do to help me. He told me it was my fault I left the bag and it's my loss. He refused to call housekeeping and refused to check the hotel room. My medication was in the bag. I was already on the road leaving Temecula. Ron was disrespectful and unkind. After ending the call in tears, I tried to figure out how to replace my medication. Here's the real kicker- The next morning I called the hotel again and a nice woman answered. I explained the situation and she looked in lost and found and told me my bag was there! She confirmed the bag was there overnight. Ron blatantly lied to me. I picked up the bag when I was back in town but because of Ron I missed 3 days of medication. Had he told me my bag was there when I called, I would have turned around to go pick it up. Great stay! Christal was extremely cheerful, hospitable and accommodating! She was a breath of fresh air after a disastrous check-in experience next door at the Spring Hill Suites (NOT up to Marriott standards). First time visiting Temecula and was in town with friends for a wedding. They stayed at the Spring Hill Suites and said it was very noisy from Highway 15. Our room at the Hampton Inn was clean and QUIET. We were on the 3rd floor on the back side. It was a blessing in disguise and was very convenient to everything we were interested in doing. read more

(1 out of 5 stars -- and that's being generous) If I could give zero stars, I would. I checked into La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Temecula and was immediately greeted by a nightmare. First off, the room was unlocked when I arrived. That alone is a massive safety concern. Once inside, I found the room dirty, hot, and completely unwelcoming. It smelled unclean, and the AC wasn't working -- it must have been over 90 degrees inside. Not exactly the restful welcome you'd expect. To make matters worse, there was a dog barking nonstop in the room next door, clearly disturbing the peace, and not a single staff member seemed to care. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, the woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. She threw my room keys at me during check-in, didn't even provide a pen for the form I was asked to sign, and acted like basic courtesy was beneath her. When I told her the room situation was unacceptable, she offered no real empathy -- just indifference and attitude. I asked to be moved, and instead of trying to make it easier, she told me I had to go back upstairs, pack all my things, come back down, and then she might give me another key -- because it was "against policy" to issue a second one. Completely unhelpful and absolutely tone-deaf to what a guest experience should be. I ended up leaving the hotel entirely and staying elsewhere -- and now they've refused to issue a refund, despite me not even staying the night. Absolutely disgraceful. Great location near Old Town Temecula and freeway. We only stayed one night and room was big also great amenities. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine(also they serve coffee and hot water(teas and coco) near the front desk 24hrs), hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, body soap bar and body lotion etc. it was too bad they don't supply toothbrush and tooth paste. Beds are clean and very comfortable and I didn't feel any back pain like I usually get from beds at other hotels. Serving breakfast: regular and blueberry waffles you make with the waffle makers, ham and cheese omelette(premade), bacons, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, juice(orange, apple, cranberry), 2 kinds of muffins(I guess blueberry and apple), some breads, also apples and bananas are there. They have jams, Nutella, peanut butter and cream cheese in small packs. I wish their omelette doesn't contain meat so my vegetarian husband can eat eggs. It was quiet although right next to the street. I also enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was very lukewarm water and I wish a bit hotter. Unfortunately I had already booked a second stay here before I had my first stay here so I was stuck with it but it actually was a nightmare. I left my room at about 7:40am on a Tuesday, - [ ] 5:54pm 06/25/2024: got back to my room and noticed the door was open, the lock was turned so that the door wouldn't shut and the door could just be pushed open. I took photos of the door with the lock out, and I called the front desk from the room phone and told them. They initially told me that I probably didn't close the door right when I left. I told them no because it was evident that housekeeping has been in here. She said she would check the cameras and would give me a call back. - [ ] About 5-10 minutes later I got a knock at the door. It was a women wearing jeans asking me if I was the one who had called about housekeeping earlier that day. I said no and she walked away. I called the front desk again and told them what happened. This time it was Kim who answered and told me that that lady works there with housekeeping. I told her they said they were going to check the cameras and she said they were doing it right now and would let me know when they were done. - [ ] 12:45am (a little past midnight) 06/26/2024: I never received a call. I called the front desk again and nobody picked up. - [ ] 12:50am (5 minutes later) 06/26/2024: I called the front desk from my cell phone and all of a sudden a man answered (James?) saying that they don't have access to the cameras because it's locked in the general managers office since 5:30pm. I asked why nobody told me that because they said they were going to call me back and they said they were checking it. He said he didn't know. I asked who's going to be following up with it so that I can have a name to ask for. He said Lucero(?) who won't be in until 9am tomorrow. - [ ] 12:55pm (a little past noon) 06/26/2024: Called front desk from room phone and asked Crystal if there was any update on checking the cameras. She said, the manager is not in so we can't check the cameras. I told her I was told last night that the manager would be in at 9am. She said no she's not in yet. I said, ok do you know when she'll be in? She said, no I don't know... usually when she comes in later it'll be about 1-2pm when she "strolls on in." I said ok, thank you and she said ok bye. - [ ] 8:40pm 06/26/2024: I called the front desk from the room phone and talked to Curin (idk how to spell it). He told me the manager was in today but only for a few hours. Curin seemed to be the only one who actually seemed to understand why I'm concerned. He told me the manager is very busy because she has to handle a wedding coming up. Curin actually took my name and my dates of stay (which nobody else did). I told him I've already talked to Kim, James, Crystal, and another woman who I didn't get her name and everyone has told me something different. He told me he would leave a note on the managers desk and provided me with the managers email address. Mind you I was staying here alone and still had 2 more nights after the incident of my stay. It was very unsettling knowing my door had been open for who knows how long and that anyone could've been in there. It's been a week and I never heard anything back from them about it. Yes this place is the cheapest option in the area, but don't stay here. I felt unsafe and the walls are also extremely thin so you'll hear everything from the next room(see video). read more

Hotels in Temecula are out of control. The weekend rates balloon up to 300 bucks or more on the weekends and settle to around 100 during the week. I get it, but most of the hotels in the area- including this Hampton Inn are really only worth the 100 bucks a night rate- if that. Admittedly, the Hilton app makes the stay at, I guess, any Hampton Inn or Hilton property very easy. I was able to check in and even select my room the day before check in. On the day of check in I received a text message that my room was ready and my virtual key through my phone would now work. I was able to enjoy my day in the vineyards and walk right to my room when I was ready. That alone would get me to choose this hotel over the many others lining the 15 through Temecula- that and free breakfast. The room is fine. I ended up paying like 109 bucks (Hilton Honors discount) on a Thursday night for a slightly larger room with a wet bar that included a decent size fridge and a microwave. The room also had a good size sofa bed, so it would be perfect for two adults and two kids. Having stayed here before, they have recently renovated. The rooms are brighter than the darker tones they used in the past. Lots of heather grey and fluorescent green. Wouldn't be my choice, but I like that the rooms are brighter. Also, I'm not sure how much of the place is renovated because half of the parking lot is filled with storage containers at the moment. The bathroom, or at least the shower area didn't get the same love as the rest of the room. The caulking around the tiles was old and chipping away leaving water damage in places. Also the shelving for the towels were made out of pvc pipe looking plastic. They also didn't include any other towels other than the regular bath towels. No hand towels or wash towels. Not sure if this was a mistake or just a cost saving thing. Finally, the mounted lotion and hand soap dispensers were not cleaned when we entered. The hand pumps were, as well as the bathroom door were covered with what I hope was brown makeup . I cleaned the area with wipes- but seriously hope it was makeup. Despite this, the room and the hotel are fine. It is what you pay for. I don't expect more at that price point. In fact , included breakfast is always welcome. It's nothing special and the coffee was awful, but it will get you to lunch without paying an extra hundred bucks at a local breakfast spot. Would I stay here again- sure. Would I pay 300 bucks for this- no. One more concern, when we arrived at about 9 pm, there was no one at the bell desk. We walked through the lobby and up to the room without seeing a soul. This is fine as I had the app, but doesn't this mean anyone can just walk in and gain access to the rooms. There are cameras in the hall, but that did raise an eyebrow for me. read more

Up until now, we've always had a great experience with clean rooms and kind, professional staff--which made this recent stay really disappointing. We stayed for four days, and the service this time was shockingly poor. From the start, it felt like the staff was inconvenienced every time we asked for something simple--extra towels, toilet paper, basic room support. The toilet kept overflowing, and instead of offering maintenance help, we were handed a plunger in a plastic bag and told to take care of it ourselves. The cleanliness was also well below what we've come to expect here. The shower still had grime from the previous guest, and the floors were so dirty our feet turned black from walking on them. Pieces of the bathroom baseboard were missing, and overall, the room just felt neglected. The worst part was the night staff. They were on their phones having loud personal conversations, and when we approached them with concerns, they were dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. One even got into a verbal argument with my husband over a basic request. We used to recommend this place and looked forward to our visits, but sadly, we're not sure we'll be back. I showed up on a Saturday at 3:10 when check in was at 3. There was a line of about 15 people and only one employee was at the front desk. On a day when the hotel is sold out why would you not have multiple employees checking people in when check in begins? Well by the time I got to the front of the line it was 3:50 and I was supposed to be at a wedding at 4. The woman at the front desk apologetically told me that there were no rooms that had been cleaned yet. I confirmed that check in was at 3 and she apologized. I was now late and had nowhere to get ready. When you're paying $300+ a night this is completely unacceptable. While I was in line a couple came down complaining that their room had no AC and no running water. How this hotel even has a three star rating is baffling. read more

Recent mid week stay for a few nights at this Hilton partner property located right off the freeway and very close to Old Town Temecula. Stayed in room 234, quieter room from the freeway side second floor. Good room size, restroom average size with single bathtub and good working shower head. Small closet in room with iron and ironing board. Nice flat screen tv, desk/work area and comfy king bed. The pillows could use some work, 1 was nice and the other too flat. I feel when you have a king size bed you need at least 3 pillows on each side or at least have a couple fluffier options in the closet. The air conditioner worked well as it was very humid this week in Temecula. No issues with complimentary WiFi. Breakfast was good with a nice variety to eat, cereal, oatmeal, fresh made waffles, bagel or muffin, coffee, juices, and eggs, bacon or sausage and potatoes. Plenty of parking out front and if you are a diamond member, some closer designated spots for you to choose from. Nice extensive suite shop next to the front desk with a load of sundries to choose from, most reasonably priced. Only gripes, were the kleenex box in the restroom was empty with 1 tissue stuffed in the top of the box and the pillow situation. read more

This place sucks!! I'm sorry I had to give it even one star. My husband and I came here for NYE and all I wanted to do was relax, sit in the jacuzzi, and take a warm bath. Well none of that happened. The jacuzzi was broken and the lukewarm low pressure shower didn't turn off so I wasn't even able to fill the tub to take a bath. We drove a hour and a half out here for nothing. F**k this place. Consider yourself warned. Save your money or stay somewhere else. I just read reviews from a year ago and the jacuzzi didn't work then or 6 months ago. I need to say that my two night stay here was not great. We had originally booked for one night and callws to change to two nights at we were offes a discount for two. We were told qw could not add and need to just rebook another night which we did with no discount. Then when taking shower the shampoo and conditioner were empty. In the morning we asked the front desk to refill and bring extra towels. When we returned at 6 pm it still was not done. Hampton Inn is a pleasant hotel to stay if your wine tasting. It is reasonably priced and located near the 15 freeway (off of Jefferson road) which makes it easy access for parking and ride shares. Incidentals are $25 per night Parking onsite is free Breakfast is from 6am-10am, due to covid they are giving guests breakfast to go bags to limit contact. Staff is pleasant and attentive. They acknowledged the first floor had a flood and carpet fans were throughout the hall. They apologized immensely and hoped we were not light sleepers, she said she would have moved us, but we were the last ones to check in and the hotel was fully booked, so we didn't have much options. However, we were tipsy and fell asleep with no issues. Our room had a "Lysol disinfectant " sticker on it upon entering and very clean for a double queen. Cable was available and a large LG flat screen tv made for great night time tv watching. Also enjoyed all the toiletries were manufactured by neutrogena from the hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. They all smelled lovely. Overall, great stay in Temecula for a short and sweet stay after wine tasting! read more

I wanted to love this place, and I"m not saying I won't stay here again but.....plenty to be aware of, especially if you are staying for more than just one night. I'll start with the Pros: - King room was large, updated and clean. - Staff was super friendly and seemed like they wanted to help, but just couldn't fix the problems. - I'm not a breakfast person, but my friends really enjoyed the free breakfast and it is available until 10 AM which is a plus if you aren't an earlier riser. - Top floor (3rd) was quiet. Front desk staff did recommend the 3rd floor so we didn't hear the people above us walking around. - Good size mini fridge and it was super quiet. - Full size ironing board and iron in room. - Easy parking and it's free. - Bed and bed linens were comfortable enough. I always bring my own pillow, but my friends said they liked the pillows provided. And now for the CONS...what you need to be aware of: - Yes, they have Wifi, BUT it's unsecured even if your a Hiltons Honors member and it is SOOOO slow it reminded me of dial up. And if you tried to watch anything on your phone or computer through their Wifi it would buffer and and be stuck for several minutes. So frustrating! I had to use my cell 5G and hot spot. I'm not sure how if you had to do business from your room you could do it with their Wifi. - Yes, there is a TV, however there are NO streaming services you can log into, and the Samsung TV they have in the room will NOT allow you to screen share / cast from your iPhone any of the streaming services on your phone or computer. The only thing that it would allow is for Bluetooth to sharing the audio but not the picture. Well that doesn't help if you are trying to watching something,. Might be okay if you're only listening to music. Believe me I spoke to 4 front desk clerks and a manager none knew that, really???? Finally they had an IT tech come up and he tried attaching an HDIM cable from my computer to the TV and while it would project my computer screen on the TV the sound would only come from my computer and if you are on the bed or couch you have not control unless you get up and walk over to the computer. There were only the Samsung stations available, not even expensive movies to rent. - Often when walking in there wasn't anyone at the front desk. Although when I did talk to someone they were pleasant, just not knowledgeable. - Pool & Spa were NOT clean and there are NO lounge chairs. Are you kidding me? The pool is small and It's tucked away, not a pleasant relaxing vibe you'd want to hang out at. - NO in room safes. Again, really??? I don't want to have to take my valuable with me and leave them in the car, nor do I want to have to bring them to the front desk every time and I leave and pick them up when I come back to the hotel. - Water pressure? What's that? The shower head is high, which is great for tall people. But if there is minimal water pressure and a high shower head it takes forever to shower and feel like you have all the shampoo, conditioner, soap off. - Are first full day there, a maid was at the room next to mine and I asked if she would be doing mine next. She said I wasn't on her assigned list and she didn't know who had my room. I didn't see any other housekeeping carts on the floor. I called the front desk and they said they didn't have enough housekeeping that day and I wouldn't be getting maid service but they could have fresh towel brought up. Again, really and you weren't going to let me know in advance. What if I wanted to invite my friends over after our day of wine tasting, thinking my room would be clean and there was dirty towels on the floor and unmade bed, full trash cans? You don't think your guests need to know that in advance. I did grab towels off the cart and hand my trash can to that maid to empty. Day two I called the front desk and they said a maid would be by. She showed up at the same time the IT guy was there and I was still trying to get ready to go, so she was just going to leave towels and take the trash and I had to request she make the bed. My friends saw someone dropping off towels to their room, but when we got back later that afternoon that's all they did. Their trash was full from two days and their bed wasn't made. And there was NO reduction in the room rate for the late of maid service. - AC is LOUD! I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. My friends had the same problem with the AC in their room. - No towel racks in the bathroom. Super annoying not to have a place to hang the hand towel. - Ice machine only on the ground floor. - Only one bedside lamp on one side of the King bed. Weird and made the room dark. I wanted to love it, but I was frustrated and disappointed. I recommend if you stay here and are looking for something to do in the evening walk over to the Hilton they have a nice lobby with a bar and outside area with fire pit seating and great bartenders! read more

They advertised and let us book a spa/jacuzzi room and they don't exist at this hotel. Even though they have pictures on the website. The front desk states they haven't had a spa room since 2023. Totally false advertisement. We booked through the Hilton website. How can they continue to have these pictures on their site with a room that doesn't exist read more

I love Hampton Inns. It's simple and has all of the basic amenities I look for. Wifi, mini fridge, free hot breakfast from 6-10am in the lobby, online check in and digital key to bypass the line. While these amenities were here, there were lots to be missed by this location. I've stayed in numerous Hampton Inns and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this location needs a little work from Hilton. I had checked in on the app the day prior to arrival. I got to select my room and knew exactly where the location was. I had a full day event in Temecula and booked this room after picking up dinner. All I wanted was a hot shower, eat, and have a nice night rest. I was here for a little over 12 hours. But after parking my car (which is free here) and was about to go on the side entrance with my digital key. There was a sign saying it was not working and please use the front entrance. I then headed to my room, set my stuff down, and ready to take a nice hot shower. Unfortunately, there was no water pressure. But worse yet, there was no hot water. I wouldn't say it was totally cold, but let's just say I had to shower for only 2 minutes and got the F out. So after changing to night clothes, I headed to the ice machine so i can pair some drinks I brought along with the takeout I just bought. Of course, on the 3rd floor, the ice machine is broken. Again, there is a note on the machine. I'm beginning to think notes are the new band-aid for this hotel. Just a little background, this hotel is about 18 years old and does show some sign of aging. The rooms are dark, with the dark carpet but definitely not the usual Hampton Inn I am used to. They are building another hotel next door, so coming here might have to dodge a few trucks on the path to this hotel entrance. The towels and bedding smells terrific here, kudos to the housekeeping crew. Sleep was okay, I made sure I did some research and got our room not next to the freeway for noise. We parked our car directly in the front of the hotel, the height of the hotel had enough shade to cover our car. This is early February in case you're wondering. As for breakfast, I'm happy to say there was hot food with the scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. I was here at 7am and there were no serving spoons to be seen. I came back at 9am and the spoons appeared. There were also muffins, bread, self serve waffles, oatmeal, coffee, juice. There were no milk nor any yogurts to be seen. I thought of trying the workout room (open 24 hours) but unfortunately, digital key does not work on this place. I did self checkout on the app and used my points. The stay definitely would be better if the shower experience didn't fail. After a long day, who wants to shower in low pressure , below lukewarm water? Definitely not me. BTW, I did try to take another shower the following morning. The pressure wasn't there still but it was definitely hotter than the night before. The cable channels here a plenty like my usual HGTV and Food Network. The mismatched chair in the corner does not fit under the work table. So there you have it. I normally stay down the street but since I had my Hilton points, I used it for here and will probably not use it for this location again. There is a Home2Suites down the street that I will perhaps check out the next time I'm in town. read more

I asked for someone else to speak to and he said NO and it's my fault for asking vague questions and then hung up on me, i'll cancel reservations and look for a new hotel read more

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday, a Friday and Saturday night. Pros: Located right off the freeway and within a half-mile walk of Old Town Temecula, which is a pretty cool place, with lots of shops and restaurants, and even a museum. The property looks nice from the outside. Parking is free and ample. The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot, and the pressure was good enough. The AC/heater worked fine. There is a mini-fridge and microwave. One thing I really liked was their breakfast. With the pandemic, most places I've recently stayed at--to be honest, mostly motels--offer a bare continental fare, not worth partaking. Hampton provides a pre-pandemic feast: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, juices, yogurt, waffles, very satisfying. I appreciated that. Room rates are reasonable. We considered staying at a very expensive winery hotel, but the reviews for the ones we felt were in our price range were not that great. We didn't have the views but being within walking distance of Old Town was nice. Cons: The furniture needed an upgrade, for example, there was a cloth chair matched with a leather footrest, and one of our towel racks was loose and askew. The bed was not comfortable. There is free Wi-Fi, but instead of a password they make you join the Hilton Honors Club, free, but still...now I'll be getting unwanted emails. The ice machine was out of order. I would have liked to have ice, but to be honest, I didn't check the other floors. All in all, we were pretty happy with our stay. We would come again. read more

The process was so easy and the staff was so helpful! As I Booked the room, I out that it was our anniversary. As we arrived, we were greeted and checked in in less than 5 minutes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Because we are Hilton members, we got 2 water bottles for free. We left check in with the staff saying happy anniversary. The room is huge! King size bed, pull out couch, working desk, chair, mini fridge, small sink, microwave, jacuzzi, full length mirror, and bathroom. It seemed like there was two ac units for the room too! We loved it and wished we were there for more than a night! I just want to say the staff was awesome! They went above and beyond. There was a little sign on our headboard, rose peddles all over the room, a one in kisses, and a little gift bag. I'd highly recommend staying here. Right off the freeway but didn't hear it. Food, movie theater, restaurants and downtown less than 10 minutes away. read more

We stayed here for a wedding that was in Galloway Downs and it was a short 15 min drive. We stayed here specifically because it is a pet friendly hotel and it sure is! They gave me a little sign to put outside our door to let housekeeping know we had a dog in the room. We got a king one bed and it was surprisingly spacious! There is even a designated pet relief area that we used and walked around the parking lot. The hotel is VERY close to Old Town. You could even walk but it was too cold for us when we were there. We would definitely stay here again! read more

Came here to celebrate my fiancé birthday at old town Temecula! This is the "ALMOST" perfect place to stay. It's only 5 mins from Old Town Temecula so uber is not what expensive if you plan on drinking! Let start off first on checking in. The receptionist was sweet and kind and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us information about our stay, the room was nice and clean and very cozy. They even have a mini fridge if you wanna store drinks or food which was a plus! And had a microwave! BUT! housekeeping was horrendous!!! Never in my life felt such disgusted through housekeeping and I've stood at alot of hotels and resorts! First off check out us at 11am she came pounding on our door at 9am screaming HOUSEKEEPING!!! I opened the door and she said "oh I'll just come back later, check out us at 11"...I was very surprised and confused, then she came back at 10:55am banging on the door again saying" house keeping" I answered and told her we are just packing about to leave. She gave a big sigh and said "ugh ok" she came back at 11:05 banging again!!! She said "house keeping, you know check out is at 11am right!" I was like yes we are walking out now. Never has such disrespect at a hotel ever. Seems like she wanted to start work early to leave early to go watch the Super Bowl. If y'all stay here beware of rude housekeepers.
