Had a little staycation this weekend. Prices were very affordable. Front desk receptionist very nice. Has their breakfast. Tons of options. Eggs, sausage, ham. Waffles, bagels just to name a few. Hotel is very clean, smells great. It has a nice cozy feel. You can't go wrong if ever looking for local spot to get away. Also hotel is in the middle of 9 hole gold course and Top Golf. Perfect place to enjoy of evening of golf. Food, drinks and don't have to worry about driving. You can't walk right across the parking lot. Thank you for a great little getaway.

This feels like home!! I had a staycation here and was super impressed about it. It's my first time staying in Home2Suites family and I really love that they have a mini bar with microwave, toaster, utensils, etc. I really need it when I stay in a hotel but it's almost impossible unless it's an airbnb. The room is very spacious with a sofa and a bed, then a lot of space for working table and office chair. I got a room overlooking the golf course. The view in the morning is very refreshing.

First time here and we were welcomed warmly by the front desk. Check in process was easy and the lobby was clean and well kept. There's a small store in the market filled with toiletries and snacks. We got a suite with a small kitchen. The room itself was clean and everything seemed to be in place and working. Noise level was at a minimum, we didn't really hear anything in the halls or through the walls. The bedding could have been a little more comfortable, but it was tolerable! Breakfast was included to it was a nice perk. They have an indoor pool and a decent gym (treadmills, bikes, free weights, multi -use cable machine). Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful and safe stay here! The staff were so kind -- they even lent us golf clubs to play at the nearby 9-hole course, which our baby loved, especially seeing the geese. The free breakfast was simple but very good, and the underground parking and extra security made us feel safe. Our room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. It's also close to Keck Medicine, where we had an appointment, so the location was perfect. We'll definitely be back next time! The lovely lady who checked us in too the ride service gentleman Michael ; all greatest staff

We were there last weekend for Universal Studios. The hotel is right next to a golf course, so the location is nice and quiet. I feel the price is well worth it because the room is modern with a nice midsize refrigerator, kitchen utensils, microwave, and dishwasher. The hotel offers free breakfast, parking, a pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The place also has a gated entrance that they only allow hotel guests to enter after a certain time in the night, and a key card is required to enter the hotel. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay here and certainly will consider this hotel again when we come to LA in the future. I gave 4/5 stars because the parking is a little bit hard to find if you are back to the hotel late in the night.

I can't thank Home2 Suites enough for the way they took care of my family while we were evacuated from the Eaton Fire. They have lots of really good healthy options for breakfast like their buckwheat waffles and plant based sausage. Their little shop next to the front desk has THE BEST chocolate chip cookies and some delicious teriyaki chicken and chicken wings. The indoor pool-jacuzzi was super relaxing, and the laundry room was very convenient for my family of 5. The housekeepers were very generous and respectful of our space and belongings. The round the clock security was a plus. We felt very safe during our stay which is very comforting when you have kids. Can't forget about the amazing view of the pond and golf course! Also the dog park my pups loved hanging out in. Thank you Home2 Suites Montebello for making us feel right at home!

The hotel is located at a golf course. It is right off highway, very convenient. There are many Mexican restaurants and small shops. The breakfast is so good with many choices. It is the first time that I had the corn soup. The room is very spacious with a small kitchenette.

During my stay, I thought this was a solid hotel in the Los Angeles area. It's in a central enough area for you to be close to all the major places you want to go. It's also a good midpoint between LA and the rest of the San Gabriel Valley. The hotel room itself was modern, big, and clean. Very spacious bathroom, and the beds were comfortable and supportive. Hotel breakfast is your standard continental breakfast, but it was included with your stay, which is fast becoming rare in LA. Parking is also free, which was a surprise given the location. All in all, solid hotel to consider. Just be aware that parking fills up fast. If you get to the hotel late, you may be inconvenienced with have to street park quite a distance away from the hotel.

We love Home2Suites for various reasons. The soft beds, the extra room, free breakfast, terrific coffee, a pool, workout area and this location has it as well. It also has a golf area within walking distance. This hotel also has the added security of hotel room card to access the elevator. If you are going down, that is not needed but if you are going up you will need the card. There's a underground parking garage, but you will need to take the duel elevator, not the single one that will only take you down to floor one. EV parking gives your 8 clipper creek and 8 Tesla level two superchargers. They are located on the side right before you hit the hotel. A little tucked away. But the three stars really is due to a couple factors. Dirty linens and the size of the room. These were the smallest Home2Suites we've ever seen. The adjoining living space was just an arm's length away from the bed where other locations were unlike this place. For a Hilton, we expected nothing less than clean towels and everything clean upon entry. However, this was not the case. Sleepwise, we were on the 4th floor, sound wasn't really an issue but beware car parking is plenty and it surrounds the hotel front and back. If you're a light sleeper like myself, you'll probably notice it but for most people you won't.

My family and I spent four nights here at the beginning of July. There is a lot to love about this hotel. 1. Location: You are truly in the mix of LA staying here. Travel times included 15 minutes to Union Station for Dodgers Express Shuttle, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios, 25-30 minutes from Hollywood. 40 minutes to Huntington Beach. Our room overlooked the golf course. There is a supermarket, gas station, and pharmacy all less than five minutes away. 2. Staff: Everyone was super friendly and helpful. 3. Facilities: The sliding doors to the outside for the pool, the fire pit, and the grills all made the stay a little extra. I just felt relaxed during my entire visit. I even grilled burgers and a steak my last night here. The hotel has utensils to sign out. Pool/hot tub area were great. There is even a water bottle filling station here to use. 4. Room: We had a two queen bed studio suite with a kitchenette. It was a perfect size with a lot of storage. Beds were comfortable, utensils were provided, we even had a dishwasher. Definitely a good size for four of us. Room seemed very clean. My only ding is breakfast. They have a free, hot breakfast, but with the exception of the day I went down at 6:30 AM it seemed like a cluster each day. There was no rhyme or reason (except for waffles) what would be served, they would run out of things quickly, and it took a long time (at least 10 minutes) to replenish anything. What was served was pretty good. Overlooking breakfast, I would stay here again in a second. Free parking, great location, clean, friendly staff, you truly can't go wrong!

Took a chance making a reservation at this hotel to be able to get around the Los Angeles area without too much trouble and it was perfect in every way!!! Free parking. Yay! It's located across the street from a muni golf course so we had a nice view from our room. We were in LA, Pasadena alot. So it was only a 15 min drive. We went to Carson one day. Only 30 min. Rooms are huge. A lot of storage space. A lot of outlets all over the room. And even an outlet next to the sitting area mirror so I could use the blow dryer when the bathroom was in use! A great kitchen area and full size fridge. Even a dishwasher. Free breakfast in the am! There's a bunch of Mexican restaurants a block away for quick eats but we didn't try. A pharmacy about 5 blocks away which was great because I forgot my meds! A small sandwich and boba place too for a quick lunch. Would stay here again and would look into other Home2Suites for future stays.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were in town for medical treatment, so having a comfortable and clean room was especially important. When we arrived, the room felt extremely humid, the refrigerator door had been left open, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. We're not sure if the open refrigerator caused the smell, but it definitely wasn't a pleasant first impression. The next morning, we left early for medical appointments and requested housekeeping. When we returned around 7 p.m., our room still had not been serviced. If you're traveling on a budget, be aware of the additional fees. The website listed parking at $34 per night, but we were charged $50 per night because of an additional hold for potential room service charges. That unexpected cost was frustrating, especially during an already stressful medical trip. We had originally booked the hotel for a week but decided to check out after just one night. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

But mostly because the door to my room kept vibrating anytime my next door neighbors opened and closed their door and they were in and out all night. So I kept hearing it vibrate and jiggle. The sink when you turned it on was leaking from the sprout which wasn't ideal. The couch had a stain. Aside from that there wasn't much else to complain about really. The bed was great. The pillows were super soft (too soft for my liking) but you use two or three of them and it worked out great. All my lotions and shampoos were full which usually isn't the case in other doubletees. As soon as you walk in, there were two holiday trees in the archway which was overkill in my opinion. It reached high up to the ceiling. Parking was odd. It's managed by a third party and so you have to pay via the website or app. It requires your license plate. It's about 12 dollars a night. It was fairly cheap and for that, it gave a few bonus points. It's super quiet outside despite its close proximity to the freeway. I may come back and stay again because I do get to avoid the traffic of downtown LA and that mess.

I was probably on my computer for 15 minutes until she alerted me that she was able to offer a room for me. She first asked if a room with double beds was sufficient, which was totally fine by me, but she ended up doing me a solid by getting a king bed for my stay. Admittedly my room felt dated. It looked like it was straight out of the 70s - from the carpet pattern to wall paper to orange/brown color palette. It even smelled old and musty, so I had to turn on the AC to get some ventilation. My room did have a balcony, and I would've loved to have kept the screen door open to get fresh air, but I didn't want these giant bugs hanging out on my screen door find their way inside. The bathroom had the bare minimum. Lastly, I had the worst sleep. I kept tossing and turning because of the pillows.

We had lounge access on the 6th Floor, which was nice to have a place to hang out and grab some drinks and snacks. They breakfast and afternoon Hors d'oeuvres were ok, the hot items seems like stuff they can easily heat up, but not bad. The best thing is they have a self-serve coffee machine which was pretty good. The reason I'm not giving the place 5 stars are issues that others have reviewed about the wifi and tv connectivity. We opted for the "enhanced wifi" which was included because of my wife's Bonvoy status and it still seemed to lag at times, and there were times she or I had to shift to hotspots in order to take Zoom Meetings. The tv was also lagging and I reset it myself (unplugging and replugging some of the cords), but the wifi even when I told the front desk, they said they were working on it, but it didn't seem to get that much better. It is a decent sized hotel, but if you're planning to do business while you're there, I hope they improve that part.

So we didn't recognize anything. But things remained the same. The same super spacious room! Same friendly staff. We are so totally happy. Will be back again in 15 years. lol.

My friends have been er been here, so I felt this was the best location especially since one of us is Chinese from Malaysia. It was nice because I was able to park at the Hilton honors spaces when available. At check in, Vincent was soft spoken, and courteous. He made sure my room was feather free as requested due to my asthma. Our room was ready when we arrived. Great since we were hungry, and we could drop off our luggage in the room before heading out. I always check round with my blacklight to see the cleanliness of a room. But the only reason I didn't give a five star this time was before I even checked with my blacklight, the curtains were open, and we saw dust caked on the dresser, lamp stand, and too of headboards. Unacceptable since two of my friends have allergies, and as an asthmatic I am allergic to three different dust mites. I called Vincent at the front desk and he immediately sent someone up. Now the train I have a four star and not a there is because of Linda from housekeeping. She said she understands because she has brothers who are asthmatic. When she saw how dusty the room was she also was appalled by the condition. Linda did a great job. Although we left a small to in the room for whoever will be cleaning next, we left something extra for Linda at the front desk. That being said the bathrooms were clean. Beddings clean but bed a little too hard for my liking. The other gals told me it was fine for them. We were going to try their dim sum restaurant downstairs, but we were pretty dim summed out, so we tried something different nearby.
