I loved the room! Rented it for a few hours and I love the interior design of it! Mirrors everywhere lol!

Absolutely terrible. Last time I came, the guy said his family was on vacation so he couldn't let me stay, as I was walking away he was like wait hold on. I got the lady on the phone. He went to go talk to some lady for a bit and then came back five minutes later and told me to FaceTime her so that I could talk to her. Wtf. When she told me I could stay the guy that was actually there told me I had to give him my credit card and leave my credit card with them for three hours. I told him why did I have to do that? I've never had to do that before anywhere, including here, he said I just have to get the information for my boss. I told him is it cool if I hold onto your credit card for three hours, which he responded with no I can't let you have my credit card. So then I said so why should I let you have my credit card? You don't even really Work here apparently and you're trying to hold onto my credit card in three hours. You can waste on my money. He said no I won't do that. I promise. About three hours later he came back to my room gave me back my credit card and kicked me out of the room and told me to go to a different room after I had already put all my stuff down and took a nap and a shower. That was just one of many. I came today called at 9 AM in the morning. Asked when I can check in. They told me come at 11. I know they often take time to clean so I come at 11:40 when I get there the guy tells me sorry that room is not gonna be available or any rooms are not gonna be available till 3 o'clock in the afternoon I was like what I've literally talk to you guys a few hours ago one of you told me to show up today at 11 I gave you till 1140 so you guys can have your shit clean and now you're telling me I gotta come back at three. The guy says hold on comes out of the room goes on to talk to his, I'm assuming mom and dad Ask them something comes back and says oh yeah the room will be done in 10 minutes but we're gonna charge you extra because you came on time and I was like what??!!??!! he told me it was gonna be 140 to 160 depending when his parents finish because I came on time and everybody usually comes after three. I said bullshit bro I've been coming here for three years and I've never been charged more than 120. I've been charged 120 in the morning 120 in the afternoon 120 at night no matter what and now these guys trying to get extra money off me probably lying behind his mom and dad's back so he can get an extra 40 here and there. This place is bullshit, these crazy ass people are greedy and are constantly changing their rules and their prices for no reason, Do not come here you guys there's literally a hotel right on the side of it go to that one. Please go to that one save your money and save your bullshit. Why do you want to get a hotel room when you're trying to relax and have somewhere to stay and then have these fucking clowns give you bullshit for hours. Don't even deal with it. Just don't go here at all. One of the funniest part was when I checked it today to get directions to get there faster the price sign at the bottom that shows this is how expensive it is was one dollar sign on the map app or yelp and then after I had dealt with this entire ordeal today. I took it out to try to write a review And the app updated it to two dollar signs instead of one. Total con artist. Trust me. I promise you this place is the worst. read more

Certainly there are decisions to be made, the attitude of the front desk made it real clear. I would rather this never happened, the attitude of employees will never allow me to recommend this place to anyone ! Such a negative experience and incompetent desk personal it's hard to believe that I feel this way !! When I think about this situation I always reffed people to this place especially when they remodeled the hotel a few years back. If I could give it a zero I would. First of all they gave us a room with a Full size bed when we reserved one via Travelocity with queen size bed. When we saw that they fixed the problem quickly. The pictures online look cool so we did the reservations. The rooms have themes. The first room they gave was was creepy and super small room 4. They gave us room 10 which was 100% better. But the problem was they charged my boyfriend twice on his credit card. I asked my boyfriend to check his card because I had feeling about this place already. When we called they said the manager was not there to call back in two days. When I called back they said they could not refund his money because they had to do it the same day. How were we supposed to know that. They offered another night stay but I would not go back. I felt like I was being watched. If you go I Recommend to pay cash!! read more

THE WORST!!!! The biggest mistake I made was not reading others reviews before booking this crap hole of a motel. My second mistake was not booking a motel 6 which would have been 100 times better AND $40 cheaper! Let see...where to begin: I checked in at 2:15pm to start getting ready for a wedding event that I was attending just down the street. I walk in and there is a colorful disco ball on the ceiling next to a giant wall mirror that has a black light above it. At first it seemed pretty cool and it didn't bother me unless I turned it on. I then wanted to turn on the tv to have on in the background while getting ready and I was immediately ambushed with hardcore porn! As I start to turn the channel nothing seems to have a signal except 1980's game shows and, of course, the porn station. So I listened to music instead since the tv was rendered useless. Now the black light and disco ball just seem sick. My boyfriend and I then returned to the room after the wedding at about 12:30am. We then find out that every drain in the room is clogged and the toilet isn't mounted to the wall! With this being the last straw we go and speak with the guy at the front desk. My boyfriend tells him the issues with the room and when we asked for our money back so we can leave....he refused! He tried to tell us that because we had been checked in for 12 hours already there was nothing he could do and guess what.....WE HADN'T EVEN BEEN CHECKED IN FOR 12 HOURS YET! He then tried to change what he said and told us that, "No... I mean 11 hours." Please, please, please....if you care about your money at all, you will never experience a stay at this motel because what's worse about getting a bad room, is getting horrible customer service. This is a review and a partial advice column So to all you visitors who paid for an honest night of sleep this might be an okay place to stay for a night . You see I grew up in East LA and hung out in Pico Rivera Whittier and so on. And between me and my friends we all knew the Royola was , a "no tell Motel" one of my friends even caught a family member there as he drove by lol .. I took my fiance there once ONCE to honestly have a night of fun. The place was some what clean but used . And there was a condom in the trash can (not ours) lol. you pay by the hour, but they rush you before the time is up. The owners and staff are very rude I don't know much about the Indian culture I'm assuming they're just not happy with their line of work lol . But that said here's the advise part, if you need a place for the nite and nothing else is available, whetheryou stay here here or some other dive motel. Plan ahead especially with covid 19 and Delta variant . DO NOT assume the owners followed state and federal guide line So bring your own bedding shampoo and soap tooth brush and tooth paste aaand disposable cups (travel size ) ,request fresh towels if you can offer $10 as a show of good faith. And most important Lysol disinfectant spray spray bedding and pillows and sleep on top of the bed cover not under (use the existing towels to lay on top of that , remember its just one night . And if your with your partner enjoy the kinky atmosphere lol read more

Checked in Friday night for a Premium room. When I was given the keys, I entered the room and it looked like the Superior (the less expensive one) I then asked them what room I was in and they said I was the Premium room, but it wasn't. Later, they knocked on my door and offered me the real Premium room. It was nice. Hotel is noisy because of the busy crosstreet. But oh well, got the job done. read more

Super super dirty! Blankets were stained almost seemed as if they were dirty from the previous guests! Walls were stained of who knows what the stain was like dripping and dried out! Let me tell you about the control omg I wish I would've took a picture of it it had so much dirt in between you could tell they never even sanitize it the dirt was already stuck to the control! This place is awesome, does not look like much from the outside but the inside is incredible, well decorated for intimate fun with your partner, the price is totally fair, all your expectations will be met, you will definitely be returning to this place. Rooms are like $65 a night, super clean with amazing showers for two perhaps even three. read more

The room was decent, but it has a pee smell I was able to get over it but the next day, I was asleep and the middle eastern lady comes and knocks on my our room, they told us check out was at 10:30 am and they woke us up at 9:40am! Rooms are great very roomy. Nice and clean has some blemishes but its ok. The AC is very strong. And there's alot of mirrors lol celing mirror and headboard mirror. Theres these little windows u can see thru the shower. The Only motel i seen with a Disco light very unique. Tv channels has glitches and every channel has a different language...-1 star ..ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK. (If I could give NO star I would)I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my husband wanted me to relax before I delivered. He made the reservation on a Saturday and unfortunately we were not able to make it due to me needing to be admitted to the hospital that same day. The hotel manager refused to give us a full refund even though we had a medical emergency. He said he was holding the room for us even though we called only couple of hours after booking to cancel. He had no valid reason to not give us a full refund. He was rude and you barley spoke English. Being in customer service I understand there are certain policies to and procedures to abide by but an medical emergency should always be the expectation in any case. This manager had no compassion or empathy or people skills. Working in the hotel business lacking those quality's makes him unfit for this job. Having a medical emergency is enough stress and this manager just added more to it. Just thankful we did not have to stay in this terrible establishment and have to deal with this ruthless man in person. read more

Motel Hell!!! Worst Motel I have ever seen. I walk up to the front desk. This Indian or Middle Eastern guy has a very bad attitude. Desperate for a room I quickly search my phone for reviews on this place. There was not many reviews. So I asked the guy if I could see the room first. He refused. I then told him it does not need to be perfect. I just really want something clean. Is it clean? He refused to answer me. I paid the $75. How bad could it be I thought? I get up to the room. When I walked in I thought this is doable. It smells like a vagina. Literally, but one night I can suffer through the smell. Thats what windows are for. I walk over to the bed and pull back the covers. I was looking for bed bugs. Well after pulling back the bed cover. There was cum stains on the bed sheets. Now I am guessing they did wash the sheets but those stains don't come out. So Im like WTF!. I look up and see a disco ball and some other sex light thing. This motel is obviously designed for a place to bring hookers. Im super tired and every place is sold out for like 10 miles. The shower was decent. So I took a shower and changed my cloths. I go back out and start thinking how I can put bathroom towels on top of the bed to sleep on. But, I saw a bug flying in the room. So I open the wooden shades to open the window. The wooden window shades was the window. Now I see how the bugs are getting in. The was a wire mesh that was open. So I could not even leave windows open to air the place out. At this point. I was like I just paid $75. Maybe I can sleep in the parking lot in my car. I called a motel I stayed at the night before to see if they had a room. They did. It was also $75. So I go back down to the parking lot and see the manager. I tell him. Sorry sir, I can't stay here. There are cum stains on the bed sheets. In a nice and polite way. Thinking he might give me a refund since I was up there only 15 minutes. The manager got a big evil smile on his face. Then start laughing. So, if you can't find a room. Sleep in your car.
