This is my 7th professional move in the last 20 years and I can't say enough good things about Home2Home Moving! The success started with Nick who was excellent at helping me to plan a completely organized move, from how many men I would need, the size of the truck, what to expect during the move, what preparations were needed or wanted, anything that could possibly add to the cost of the move, such as extremely heavy items so that I knew what to anticipate and prepare for ahead of time and plan for it. It was so well prepared that I knew exactly what I wanted to handle on my own ahead of time and what I wanted them to handle for me. Will and Mike arrived on time and efficiently and carefully wrapped every single piece of furniture, picture, and item that went out of that house. They were fast and extremely mindful of everything they were doing at all times throughout the move, like how they were lifting the furniture and maneuvering through the home to avoid bumping or damaging anything. It was as if they were moving their own items. It really was amazing!! They unloaded the truck very quickly and carefully as well and didn't even stop to take a break even when I asked them if they needed one. They unwrapped everything and put my kitchen and dining room tables back together and made sure everything was correct and as I wanted it before finishing up the day. The whole team was so efficient that they finished quickly and my final payment was even less than the estimate which was an incredible price for everything they did for me throughout the process. I honestly didn't have even one complaint and my mother, who was there also, couldn't get over how well it went having seen some of my past disasters with other professional moving companies and has been mentioning them to everyone. I honestly can't put into words how amazing these guys were! We are very particular people and like things done a certain way, neatly, organized and carefully. From the get go, the guys were so kind, professional and efficient. We were lucky to have Michael, Nathan and Keith who worked exceptionally well together. Breaks were minimal, they were powerhouses from morning to night, literally an almost 11 hour day for them. Carefully wrapping valuable items so they didn't get damaged, covering furniture to not get scuffed, just awesome! Being eight months pregnant, I was a tad tired throughout the day, nothing left to sit on, and Michael was kind enough to grab our office chair that had already been stored away for me to sit on. Very pleased with the service we received from Home2Home moving. Nick and Lidia were easy to communicate with in advance and Irwin, Dorrien and Matias were hard workers on moving day. They worked fast but were careful with our furniture, ensuring no damage to walls or the items. They were also really pleasant people, seemed to be happy doing their jobs, which makes such a difference on a stressful move day. We only used them for moving, we packed all our items in advance, so I can't speak to that component of the service but we would not hesitate to use them again. I wouldn't call them a budget option but I chose them knowing they weren't the cheapest, I wanted quality service and was willing to pay a little more for it. Irwin and Matias were our movers and they did an awesome job moving us from our 2 bedroom apartment to our new home. They were on time, worked fast and efficiently and were very friendly. They took great care of our belongings, making sure everything was well packed, secured and covered. We requested a stop to a storage unit before going to our new home and they packed the truck efficiently to accommodate this request. The quote they gave for the move was right on, so there were no surprise costs. I researched many moving companies before choosing Home2Home and we are very happy we chose them. Home2home Movers were a pleasantly A+ moving company. Often newer companies have a difficult time building a clientele and getting their business' name out there. I can honestly say that Nicholas and his team were top notch! They were quick to come to my home for a quote, and did a thorough walk-through of what needed to be packed up and moved. The time came to pack up, move me and finally unload my effects. And these guys took the time and care to move me as if it was their own household items. Two small items were damaged on accident. Couldn't ask for a better moving experience. These guys were professional, efficient yet careful with my belongings, and fun to work with to boot. Communication for booking and prior to arrival was prompt and professional. On arrival, the poor driver had to repark on my narrow hilly street. Yet they still didn't start the clock until parked. Both guys were friendly, respectful, and professional from beginning to end. They were impressively efficient, yet took great care with my belongings. I had the pleasure of working with Nick and his amazing team. I was in a rush to move some furniture from my storage unit, but did not have time to do it myself. So, I called them. They were so polite and respectful when they came over for the appointment, unlike other movers who are rude or don't want to help you at all! They moved everything quickly without any problems! The movers were very careful with everything that we owned; nothing was broken or damaged. It was such a relief knowing that they would be there on time and would finish early as well since we did not have much stuff (only 2 boxes). They were able to accommodate a very specific date and time on incredibly short notice, the movers were punctual (slightly early which was great), clear with communications, and worked extremely efficiently. Firstly, service was reasonable to good. Guys arrived almost on time, there was snow on that day. Completed the job in little less than 4hrs. If I have to pick any issue, then it would have been nice if they would have wear some protective covers on their shoe.
