The rate was good and they did a…read moredecent job although I asked their movers to mask because we are immune compromised and one of them removed her mask right in our faces while we were paying which I did not appreciate and was dangerous. This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. Avoid this company.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

All provided us with excellent service and fruitful conversation. We were amazed with Maury who is from Guinea. We learned that he speaks his native language (French) and English. He said where he's from English & French are spoken. There are numerous people who can barely speak English. Bravo Maury and it's great to have you in the USA. Pleasant, well spoken, a gentleman and extremely strong. With his height he could be an NBA player. Then there is Hymie. Always a smile on his face despite doing heavy lifting and working diligently. He was the mechanic on hand and was there with his handy tools dismantling furniture, only to put them back together at our new apartment. While wife had taken the car to put gas in it, I told Hymie that the woman in 5he house would always change furniture arrangements around. When we arrived at the new place my wife began saying where she wanted everything to be placed. Hymie looked at me and smiled. He had been forewarned. The leader of this great team was none other than Anthony Wright, and his demeanor and joy was infectious. Always making certain his crew was working to our satisfaction. Then we started talking food, and there is truly not a more fun topic. We learned what he liked to eat as we told him we loved to cook. We've set a dinner date whenever our new nest is completed. They spent close to an hour trying to figure out how to move the wardrobe only to just put it in my front entry (my choice so my house wasnt further damaged). Had 2 neighbors move the wardrobe the next day for free and took under 20 minutes. The crew was definitely new and no strength or clue on moving. Worst experience ever.
