This will probably be my 100th time shopping at HomeGoods. They are a popular off-price retailer owned by TJX Companies, known for their "treasure hunt" shopping experience. They offer unique, brand-name home decor, furniture, kitchenware, bedding, and more at 20-60% below department store prices. With constantly changing inventory, no two visits are the same. I visited specifically for the silk plant section. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety. In addition to featuring many types of plants, the pots varied too. I was very pleased with the selection and the fact I could leave with my gift. I also picked up a an adorable greeting card for a separate occasion The celebratory card featured an avocado with a glass of champs (avocado toast). Puuuurfect for an avocado lover! Those dang impulse items get me every time! On the way to the register, I scored a set of travel bottles. These were unique because the set included a funnel and pump. The cashier who assisted me was in training. She was very friendly and seemed to be catching on quickly. She already had the credit card offer nailed. Her mentor was kind too and seemed to be a great trainer. All in all, this was a great trip and I'd visit this location again. read more

This HomeGoods has amazing selection of on trend merchandise. I make a round of the store every time I'm in the shopping center and never leave empty handed. The store is nicely merchandised, a little crowded with merch but that's a good thing too - always great new things to browse. The cashiers are wonderful and there is friendly and helpful personnel available to bring a large item to the register or your curbside car. Well stocked and well managed store. The rudest employees work here I've been to many Home Goods stores in the last 20 years but never one as bad as this one. After insisting the defective sheets we were returning were not purchased from them, even though we had a receipt, since they don't sell that brand! After arguing with us for 30 minutes they found a pair of the same sheets for sale! No apologies, no nothing. Today I found a pillow in the pillow section with no tags. I looked for another one like it and then looked for an employee. Didn't find either. Waited in the register line then explained to the sales person I could not find another one like it with the tags. Another employee came up and grabbed the pillow and said it was of a sofa and stormed away with it as if I was supposed to know that! Done with this store!!!!!!! read more

I normally enjoy shopping at HomeGoods - we did not enjoy this location. There is no room for anything. They have so much stock EVERYWHERE that you cannot go down an aisle with a cart. Even if one person is in that aisle - you cannot get a cart thru. I usually spend a fair amount of time just looking, we couldn't wait to get what we needed and leave - and it wasn't even crowded. Even the main aisles are difficult. It was just too congested. There also seems to be no real organization - everything is everywhere in the store. We went in to look for a footstool and spent most of our time backing up and around everything all over the floor and with the aisles being too close and over-filled. read more

Will never shop here again. Literally scolded and yelled at by a cashier for coming to her line when the system directed me to do so. Apparently she was helping another customer even though i was directed to her line. No offer to help or get another cashier, then only a dry "I apologize" from the manager. I tried to return a picture (art work) with the tag still on it, but since it "wasn't in their inventory", they would not give me a refund, or even a store credit. Their inventory changes daily, and items do not stay in their computer for very long- so they are always unable to look something up for a return. The same thing happened with a table that we bought there, which also had the inventory or upc number still on it. We ended up just leaving the table there- no refund- and walked out. They should really be more accomodating with the amount of money I have spent there. They should take a look at Nordstrom's return policy, hence their customer loyalty and increasing sales/expansion. read more

Yes it maybe a bit crowded, but the best merchandise is here at this location. I have purchase some amazing pieces of furniture. My best find 2 side chairs that were available at Bloomingdales for $2000 each I snagged 2 for $900. Saving over $3000..the staff are grace under pressure have always found them to be friendly. read more

This is a pretty decent Homegoods location. It's slightly bigger than some of the other locations that I've been too, which means a bit more variety and availability of their products. As any Homegoods shopper knows, these store can get chaotic and messy. This location does a good job of scheduling enough employees so that they are able to keep all the products as organized as possible. They also are good about getting people through the long lines as fast as possible! read more

I have never seen such a jam packed homegoods as in palm beach gardens. The merchandise is similar to others but they also get a bit higher end stuff it seems. And the clientele shoppers are higher end looking which might be odd to say but demographics are demographics. I had the best experience at Home Goods in Palm Beach Gardens today. The store manager, Bill, was extraordinarily helpful in finding me the perfect item for my home (even running to the back to see what new merchandise had just arrived and found "it" for me) plus every one of their sales staff was super pleasant and their furnishings, lighting, accessories, and rugs were top notch. Make sure you keep your sales slip in case you want to return something. I returned a chair I paid $100. 00 for and they gave me $49. Buyer beware...this place is a sham. We bought a patio umbrella there a couple of months ago. It faded. It looks as if it is 10 years old! We've always lived in sunny climates, Arizona and here. We've had many but all, except this one, have lasted for at least 2 years! The person (Wanda) who identified herself as the GM actually said, before we could get the words out of our mouths, "we don't take back used items." We explained we had purchased it recently, as they just opened a few months ago. She pointed to the sign posted near register where it states the policy of not taking back "used items." We said there was OBVIOUSLY a serious quality issue. She quoted the policy again and again., saying it was used. She then uttered the key phrase that sums up even what their "GM" thinks about the products they sell...she said if they didn't have this policy, and I quote, "I'd be standing here all day taking back umbrellas." I have a lot of expendable income, I won't be spending it here. We just didn't realize the products they sell are so inferior. Once is enough. read more

I've been to every HomeGoods in Palm Beach county and this one is by far the worst service. They are always slow to ring you up and there is always an issue. Last time I was there, they double charged my credit card, and they have an attitude like it's my fault. Today I'm trying to check out with my hands full of items and a newborn. One item didn't have a tag so she asked me the price. I told her the correct price and confirmed there were more of the same item back in the aisle. Obviously, she didn't believe me so she called over the intercom for a price check. As we stood there for 5 minutes, I pointed out that one of the associates was wondering outside pushing carts and that was the person she was calling. He then came in to finally start the price check and could not have possibly moved any slower, all while going to the wrong department just so I could waste 15 minutes and my baby could start screaming. If she's going to assume I'm lying about the price, the least they could do is have a sense of urgency to get my daughter and I out of there and move the growing line along. read more
