I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

She found three types of Hotel Collection sheets with different price points. Then she took me to each of the bed displays so I could pick up the pillows to make my decision. My favorite brand is Hotel Collection, this will be my third set! In my lifetime, I have learned, you must buy quality sheets, you work hard all day and you must relish in the softness and comfort of a good night sleep! I got the 100% Supima Cotten 680 Tread Count! They come in a variety of colors and I chose the green fora calm restful color. I got the Cal King normally $500 for $200 now that's a steel! Believe me you won't be disappointed! They have security gates over the doors so you can see from a far that they were not open when I got here at first. I was early for a lunch and needed to burn off some time. The Men's dept is on the first floor. I found some Tommy Bahama shirts on sale and they had some in my size. Always love a sale. The dressing rooms were clean and well kept. We found a couple of styles at JCPenney, but unfortunately they didn't have his size. We then headed over to Macy's, which was also disappointing. After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

7/8/26 I'm a Target…read moregirl all the way! Today I stopped in to return a bag of not so tasty protein bbq chips... Easy return with receipt. The staff are always stocking shelves.. sometimes in the way but worth having stocked shelves.. Also wanted to pickup some throw pillows for the new couch.. Spent $129 for four pillows- but the pillows can be taken out and covers washed.. Also love to browse the aisles to see what new items are in..

It's not a huge outlet, but there were plenty of stores to keep us entertained, and there was hardly anyone there. So it felt like we had the whole mall to ourselves. A few customer were milling about in the store but as I suspected, it wasn't crowded. I went directly to the kitchen section looking for an 11 or 12 in pan; the store had a few nice selections. When I made my way to the front, there was queue four or five people deep because there was only one cashier; fortunately, another cashier appeared and the queue dwindled down quickly. The selection of this retailer is always turning over. It is the nature of this type of store. Which is why for the most part, I like it. What I did not like was the entry control point, and the behavior of the guard. It's a shopping outlet, not a war zone. The tactical gear and demeanor works in Fallujah and Kabul. Unnecessary at an outlet store, especially when you can go to the mall and the security guard there is wearing a polo shirt and a smile. Is he armed? Maybe, but he has discretion and tact. The management can clean up the image and need for security by hiring ones with personnel skills and a welcoming behavior.

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space.
