Maybe last time I came here they were low in stock, but when I went this time, they had everything and more. I love the cleanliness and how helpful their staff is. I'm use to seeing retail staff on their phones or not even acknowledging customers as we walk into the store. Here you're immediately greeted and one of the associates where fixing the labels to make it much easier for you to find your size. Oh yeah! I need to mention sizes are ranged from small to xxl, makes it so much easier. See my pictures and you'll understand and appreciate shopping here. You can thank me later. This place has a large selection and quite a large clearance section. It is clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. However, the best thing about this place (in my opinion) is there is a lady Marilyn that as a side job does alterations and does a great job at a fair price. You don't even have to buy them here. Came here to get Caribbean Blue scrubs for an internship at Renown. Pros: - Good outlet location, Sparks isn't too far from Reno, parking isn't too bad - Decent service - I was referred to the most comfortable scrubs when I requested it, the staff was pretty helpful in letting me use the fitting room, etc. - They can save items for you at the register so you don't have to carry crap around Cons: - The discount wasn't that great. I got 3 Grey's anatomy scrub tops (online priced~$17 each) and 2 scrub bottoms (purple label by healing hands brand) - these are indeed the most comfortable scrub bottoms I have ever tried (usually a $37 value per pair). However, my total was still about $136, which, if you add up the stuff, is not discounted at all despite this being an outlet location. So while I do appreciate that there was a wide selection of scrubs here and it was open on a Sunday (other scrub stores in downtown Reno weren't, and I was in quick need of these scrubs by the next morning), I'm sad that the discount wasn't at least a little more. Scrub stores are hard to come by nowadays so I understand that there isn't much competition (and I hate buying scrubs on Amazon because they always literally come like 1 size too big or small for me), but don't count on getting a fat discount here. Tip for future: bring your student ID, they say they give student discounts! (I unfortunately forgot to bring mine and the staff would not let me off on this one lol...) read more

I visited this store last week to buy some required scrubs for work. I needed a specific color, but brand and style were my choice. This location had quite a few different types of scrubs to choose from (including the color I needed). I was quickly able to find what I was looking for and make my purchase. I had a gift card from my employer and using it was hassle free. The employee was friendly, the store was very clean and tidy, and they seemed to be fairly well stocked with sizes for many different styles, brands, and colors of scrubs. I will definitely shop here again. I have also made a purchase from their website in the past (again with a gift card), and it was also hassle free. Definitely check them out if you need scrubs. I had the opportunity to visit this store today during our little Covid getaway. It's a great uniform store. They have a lot of selections. They also carry my favorite brands in several styles and colors. It was great! I wish the uniform stores closer to me in Los Angeles had this same selection. It's located in the outlets so there's plenty of parking. This place would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the awful attitude the staff that work there. My cousin and I dropped a good $300 between the two of us but the attitude we got as we looked around and paid was unbelievable. There was this one tall blonde woman that was exceptionally rude. They have an ok selection of scrubs and decent prices. However, the staff there is so rude. Every time I've walked in, no one acknowledges me. One older, skinny woman with short Richard Simmons hair looked up right at me, said nothing and kept folding scrubs. It really makes for an unpleasant and uncomfortable shopping experience and definitely makes me not want to spend my money there. read more

Worst uniform store in Reno. Not because their scrubs. They have a good selection. But the staff is not attentive and extremely rude. No greeting when you arrive and barely there "help" They talk to people buying scrubs like you have never bought scrubs prior to that visit. I've been working in the medical field for 7 years. When Leila's scrubs in south town closed I had no option but to go to this sparks location to purchase scrubs. I've spent $500 dollars roughly and I was just trying to return a pair of pants that didn't fit correctly in the least. They didn't give me the correct receipt in the first place and since I work crazy hospital hours and couldn't return them ASAP they now won't take the return even though I purchased 4 sets from them and this is the only pants that don't fit The employee was extremely rude and I will not be returning there to purchase anything read more

Great staff, friendly and competent, I was able to walk in and show them a pair of scrub pants I was unsure of who they were made by, because there no tag, the employee knew right away what they were and what color it was. The brand name scrubs are pretty spendy but the have great deals. You can always mix and match good scrub bottoms with a variety of the scrub tops that are on sale. The girls working there are very polite and helpful. They have many catalogs you can thumb through and order online if you're looking for something specific. The store is well lit, organized, and clean. They also have some medical necessities you can buy at the counter along with cute accessories too! read more
