I tasted some and the pistachio flavor comes through nicely. I was really worried at first look because when you have dark colors like some of the flavors have, all you taste is food coloring. This is not the case at Tasty Treat. I don't know how he does it, but there are no overpowering tastes in what I tried. This business is a very unassuming stand alone building in a quaint residential neighborhood, but it is so close to the 90. So, no excuse not to briefly exit the Thruway and get a great cup of ice cream! He offers an array of toppings, but I opted to forego any topping on my cotton candy sundae.
