There was also an error with one of our sides, and our appetizer bread only came after we flagged someone down to ask about it. The food was actually quite good and ultimately saved the experience. Highlights were the focaccia bread, crispy fish tacos, and Brussels sprouts. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but there is significant room for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Several members of the team could benefit from additional training.

I won't blame the servers fault it was just her. I can honestly say I will not go back. I'm actually mad I came to New Hartford and couldn't even get chicken tenders or boneless wings cooked correct. I hate posting these because I support small business. Total waste of money.

There were 5-6 people behind the counter, all loudly gossiping with each other, but only 2 seemed to be making a drink. As the line grew behind me, there was no attempt to help anyone. When it was finally my turn, the first eye contact was when the screen with tip choices was pivoted to me. Its a shame, as the brewed Columbian coffee I bought was good even though it was not fleshed brewed and sat in a pump thermos. I hope the owner understands how lucky they are that people seek out their business thats on a one way street...but if rude staff makes you feel ignored and like an outsider, Starbucks is much easier to find and be ignored at.
